    • First of all, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Aroona for the exceptional support she has consistently provided since my very first stay. From the beginning, she has gone above and beyond by always ensuring I receive the quietest room, perfectly suited for my business needs. What truly stands out is how well she remembers me and my preferences, making each visit feel personalised and comfortable. Her thoughtful attention has made a significant positive impact on my stays, and I sincerely appreciate her kindness and professionalism.I have just completed my third stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable, making every visit comfortable and refreshing. The staff (and Amir) here are truly exceptional :) always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes a huge difference. As a regular visitor, I genuinely feel at home whenever I stay here. It’s that warm, familiar atmosphere combined with excellent service that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place that feels like a home away from home.
    • absolutly best location for my stayover and visit to the tower of London. The appartment was fantastic, plenty of space and very clean. Acess was easy and staff very helpful.

    Cons -

    • Didn¿t provide us room with city view which we booked & nothing was done about it. Actually when we showed them we have paid for city view they told us to change with the room which had similar view and room wasn¿t good as ours. They clean up after 3 days
    • The entranceway and check in was very small and a little of an afterthought from what I remember. But other than that definatly will return, so long as can book the same space.
    • It’s an old building right above a train line so you will hear and feel the trains a bit, well worth the trade off though based on the overall stay.

The location for the area was amazing. Steps from the Tower of London and London bridge, great waterfront. The real winner though were the staff! Front desk crew were awesome!!

It’s an old building right above a train line so you will hear and feel the trains a bit, well worth the trade off though based on the overall stay.

The staff are friendly and do their best to make the guests stay a positive one. The property is suited to longer stays.

The sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep on for adults.

They had the best staff ever in all my travel in Europe . Great location and great size room for family of four.

All the staff at the stay were wonderful, so friendly, and incredibly helpful. They are the best hotel staff from my experience. Especially Arona and Roxana. When we arrived, our first room was not as booked and it was on Tower View which was very loud due to street noise, and we struggled to sleep. Arona and Roxana went out of their way to assist us and made sure we were moved to a much quieter city view room (as our original booking). Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference in our stay. Thank you so much, Arona and Roxana! The room is clean, and in good-condition modern furniture. There is also an underground station near the stay.

Unfortunately, our stay didn't start off well. The room we were initially given was not the one we had booked as it faced Tower View and was extremely noisy due to heavy street traffic, making it very difficult to sleep for 3 nights in a row. Thankfully, with the kind help of Arona and Roxana, we were moved to a quieter city view room, as our original reservation and greatly improved our experience. Also the stay location doesnt have much of shops or supermarkets around it and the lively streets of London is so far away.

Great location, very convenient to attractions.

Unfortunately the entire apartment was not air conditioned. The bedroom had a portable unit, but the living room, which was used as a bedroom with a pull out couch only offered a single pedestal fan. If I would have know this I probably wouldn’t have booked this location in the summertime. We ended up propping open the bedroom door and setting the fan up to allow the air to flow through to the living room.

    Location

Old, multiple doors — within our room and in the hallways. Hot. Ceiling fan is supposed to be the A/C. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING. Poor layout. Small rooms. Photos are totally misleading. The entire building shudders when the train goes by. Dark grey hallways. You can’t see where you are going. You have to walk about 3 blocks to their “sister hotel” at Tower Suits to have breakfast.

    Location is great!

The beds are hard n pillows weren’t good

So I ended up loving my stay at this hotel. It was spotless; the bathrooms were so clean, and the location was right across from the Tower of London! We ended up staying here last minute because we needed some AC and loved having a reception area to get information about transportation, etc. The curtains allowed me to get the best sleep I had gotten on the whole trip!

So, there are a few things that need to be made clear. 1. Only 1 room had a room AC unit. It kept that room cool, but not the entire suite. So, in the main bedroom, there was a ceiling fan which was helpful, but that is not an AC. 2. This location does not really have a lobby. There is a tiny room with a reception desk, but there is no place to eat breakfast here. The breakfast we paid for extra was delivered to our rooms in bags (yogurt, fruit, croissants, and OJ). We would have to pay more to have breakfast at a nearby location that we'd have to walk to. 3. Inside the suite, there were heavy doors to every room. So there wasn't really a nice central area where we were all hanging out. We used luggage to keep the doors open, but everything was very separate. We were with teens and at the tail end of a very long trip, so this was okay, but I would not have chosen that.

Clean and conveniently located. Plenty of space with bedrooms and 2 baths. Family of 4.

Luggage storage sitting out in open.

Great location and very friendly staff. Kitchen was well equipped

    Nothing really

The location was superb. I did not have breakfast because we had to prepare our own in the kitchen. The rooms, kitchen, bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed, towels were all pretty cleanAbove all, our two hostess, Aroona and Roxana were too fantastic. They made us feel like we were in our own home in Ghana.

Nothing to complain about except that the room rate went up about 40% in less than 3 days after my arrival and stay at the facility and wanted to extend my stay for another six days.I think that customers who decide to extend their stays must be considered a handsome discount if they decide to stay with the stipulated time. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

The location was fantastic opposite the Tower of London, and the room was spotless with very comfortable bed. The kitchen had nearly everything you could possibly want, including milk, cereal, water, tea, coffee et cetera.

Being a weekend and so central it was quite noisy outside and the double glazing wasn’t quite up to keeping the noise out. We were at the back overlooking a green square but the windows were really filthy and hard to see out of. The bathroom was very small and there was nowhere to put your things. The bedroom lacked a dressing table or a mirror for anyone to do makeup or hair and there was nowhere to put your cases despite their being plenty of room for all of these things. We did chat with the desk staff when we were leaving about these amenities that one expects as standard in such a prestigious place and they said everything was available on request if we had just asked for it. We felt was a bit late to be telling us that as we were leaving. One thing that was not mentioned anywhere when we booked the room for two nights to include breakfast, was that the breakfast was a cold bag meal delivered to your room at a time of your choosing. There’s no restaurant in the Residences for you to eat at. You have to go to a nearby Hotel and pay extra if you want to have hot breakfast.

The apartment is in a great location – very close to the metro, and many attractions can also be reached on foot. The hotel is quiet, with good sound insulation between the rooms. Everything looks new, and the apartment is well-equipped with both a washing machine and a dishwasher, with free tablets provided for two loads. We arrived in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to find free milk, muesli for breakfast, and bottled water waiting for us in the room. There were also a few teas and Nespresso capsules, which was a nice touch. One small downside is that the kitchenware is quite limited – there are only four cups, four glasses, and four plates, so a bit more would be helpful. Also, there was no towel holder in the bathroom.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

The apartment could have a bit more kitchenware

Close to underground. Nice furniture. Friendly and helpful staff.

Noisy room, not that clean for the price.

The location is amazing, close the the station, just cross the street and you come to Tower Hill. The apartment also very comfortable, spacey and clean, we really enjoy our stay there! this is one of the best apartment we've ever stayed during our visits to London, would love to come back!

we stay at first floor, is a bit noisy especially you can feel the undergound train passing your room, maybe if stay higher floor will be better

    7EmilyPosted on: 4-16-2025

The large size of the room, the location and cleanliness.

The temperature of the room and noise outside (which was expected).

    7GinaPosted on: 4-16-2025

The staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was very hot and the air conditioning was extremely noisy.
