Friendly staff, spacious and modern room, wonderful complimentary executive lounge, cozy and refreshing smell lobby with great artwork and sculptures, and super convenient location

I would love to have more usb-c ports, and a Japanese style toilet

We booked a room with access to the executive lounge, which was the best perk. The room was super spacious and clean

The gym wasn't operative, and this wasn't announced anywhere prior to booking, so we had to walk to a different hotel and use their gym

Location in central of London is perfect for tourist. 5 minutes to Westminster Abby/Parliment/Big Ben and 10 to Buckingham Palace. Great staff especially people in Bar from Portugal. Room was just fantastic and great new bathroom. Bed was perfect.

Afternoon and evening concierge was not helpful and gave poor advice on restaurant.

Location location location! Within walking distance of everything. Staff was extremely helpful, food was outstanding, and the room was classy.

I liked the location, the executive lounge, and the closeness to tube (right across the street). The staff in the executive lounge were very good. The cleaning crew would organize my daughters make-up, so it looked neat and tidy on the sink.

I really loved this hotel and the location! It is in a beautiful and slightly quieter area. The service was amazing as was the decor and quality!

Helpful and courteous staff. Good size bathroom compared to other hotels in Europe. Amenities, slippers, complimentary wifi, bottled water. Easy access to metro.

Dirty and dated carpet. Not much around this hotel. We took metro to go to Mayfair and Soho for shopping and restaurants. Paid for Executive room with lounge access but continental breakfast was average.

This hotel is perfectly located and in walking distance for most of the major London tourist attractions. The subway (underground) is also directly across the street with links to the entire city, including the major airports.

Beautiful accommodations, wonderful stuff, altogether a fabulous experience. The room was gorgeous and everyone was so attentive and helpful. The location was also ideal, right across the street from a tube station.

We unfortunately had to wait in the lobby until a half hour past our check in time because our room was not ready.

Beautifully designed, staff excellent and even though its a more business oriented five-star hotel it retains that sense of calm and relaxation that you expect along with incredibly high-standards of service and quality of finish on the room.
