The location is great! Very close to Paddington station which was the primary reason for choosing this hotel

The room was very small, and the floor was not well put together. The reviews were fairly accurate though and expectations were set fairly low. For the price given the location I think it was alright. Budget conscious no frills place

The location is great and the staff is really nice.

Its a fairly quiet street but we woke up several times during the night due to street noise. The window panes are thin.

Included breakfast which is a rarity in Europe. Quiet and within walking distance of rail & tube stations.

Room was only a little larger than the size of a king size bed.

Tiniest rooms ever. Nowhere to sit. Bed on wheels kept moving. Teeny shower. Uncomfortably small bed.

You can't beat the location of Falcon. Access to Heathrow, the tube, bike-share, laundry, and essential services. The businesses around are solid and affordable. The staff make the hotel. They are nice and attentive. I was on the top floor and, even if you're in shape, the stairs give you pause. The rooms are what you'd expect. You're not there for luxury, but they will get you through your stay comfortably. The hotel and street were quiet. There's a nice little park across the street where I did yoga uninterrupted.

The ultra softness of the bed was the biggest issue for me. I need more support. The stairs are steep and narrow, so larger people should contact the property directly and ask about options. The staff are very nice and will work with you.

Five flights of stairs with no elevator. Room and bathroom were beyond small. My camper and college dorm room had more room.

It was literally as described, non unpleasant surprise at all, very clean and price-value ratio was very good for me. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, I would definitely recommend it

That the toilet is outside the room and the bed mattress could be upgraded or renovated, but the toilet was described to be outside so can’t complain, and the shower was inside, also as described

Not comfortable because there is no lift

It’s very close to Paddington Station and also walking distance to many attractions. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants nearby and they’re open late. Beds are comfortable. Shower is nice. The receptionist with the wonderful British accent is so helpful, kind and friendly. Although the place is very central, it is quiet and peaceful. The view was also very nice. There’s drinking water in the entrance.

It would be better with soap. There was none. The receptionist lady said there was shampoo and shower gel which could be used :/

For such budget accommodation, you can't go wrong with this hotel. They go an extra mile to help you feel comfortable. The lady in the reception realized that I was going to stay longer than some other guests and upgraded my room so I can have that extra comfort. Thank you.

I stayed in a single, if you’re a bigger person this style of would be tight for you. Shower and toilet area very small.

The hotel was in an excellent location, clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. It was good value. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They truly couldn't do enough to make our stay better.

No elevator, walk up the flights of stairs could be tough at the end of a sightseeing day. Bathroom sink was very small, had to be creative on how to use effectively.

Property was located two minutes from Main Street with lots of restaurants etc., and main train station for National and local trains. Comfortable bed and room.

Toilet was outside the room but it was a private one just for us. Still found it a bit inconvenient.

We had to pay cash at the hotel to buy an adapter.The fan(with the light) in the bathroom was so loud that we ended up using the light of our iphone instead.
