- There was no hair dryer and the room did not have an AC and it was extremely hot and humid.
- Distance to breakfast was too far but I liked my room. Guess im just lazy. Thanks for a memorable experience.
- Very small rooms with small, somewhat uncomfortable beds. Don't expect service like in a traditional hotel - remember its a dorm but again I think everybody was respectful and it was a great deal for the center of london.

Excellent location between Royal Albert Hall and three great museums, 5 minutes by foot to Hyde park and 8 to the South Kensingtom station. In front is a small park. It was very quiet. The staff was exceptionell friendly and helpful.
