Pros +
- Very cozy room close to Paddington Station. Many restaurants within walking distance.
- The location of the accommodation is excellent, and the neighborhood can be considered safe. It's perfect for somewhere to sleep and start your day from.
- Very close to Paddington station- walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The location is close to Hyde Park etc. The room we stayed in - not too bad. Decent size for 4 people. Normal breakfast. - toast/cereal/ham/cheese.But we enjoyed our stay for the price we paid in London
Cons -
- Cleanliness is not exactly the best. When we arrived, the cleaning lady was still in the room. She said she had checked the room again, but that was hard to believe. The toilet looked as if someone had stepped on it with dirty shoes, and in most places it looked as if the dust had not been wiped off. The fan in the bathroom was so loud that it would have woken anyone up.The breakfast area is scandalous. It's a small, crowded basement. The hygiene is a disaster. We went down for breakfast on the first morning but didn't eat anything because we didn't feel like it.
- Cleanliness is poor. Found rubbish in the drawer of the bedside table from the previous guests. Beds not made properly. Stained on the pillow case and towel. Cups not washed properly.
- Extremely dusty, think in dust around the bathroom door frame internally, extractor fan, black fan, curtain sitting in thick dust, skirting boards next to the radiator thick in dust, the carpets throughout the hotel and Seymour hotel next door where you check in and have breakfast very visually dirty.Unfortunately my daughter and I have Asthma and she was up, coughing on and off in the night.Said morning to the kitchen staff on arrival downstairs, no response, no welcome and details of the breakfast system, which everyone who came down into the breakfast was confused.Unfortunately no Gluten free breakfast available (I wasn't too bothered about that but making people aware) my kids did enjoy what they ate but slightly disappointed with the missing items normally expected on a breakfast included stay.Options are :Cereal x 3YoghurtsToastSlice of hamSlice of chicken Slice of cheese. No cooked breakfast options No pastries No fruit

The location is excellent.
The room was very, very dusty, dust everywhere, and I have a dust allergy, so it was unbearable to be in the room. We booked the room with breakfast, the most basic breakfast.
Nothing, it's an absolute poor. The bathroom door was broken & one of got locked inside & couldn't open the door. We had to call attendant to open the door. The bathroom was stinking very badly, we had spray one of our perfumes. The mgmt staff sits in another hotel nearby to manage this hotel, the breakfast also gets served in another hotel.
Bathroom, Door locks, breakfast, staffing.
Just a bed for the night. Bathroom was Ok.
It was so hot, I couldn't turn the heating down. Breakfast was terrible, cereal with warm milk. Didn't like the thin sliced bread for toast. Orange juice was so watered down, didn't taste anything like orange juice. Left after that. Glad it was only for one night.
Breakfast and cleaning staff
Small bed
Breakfast is served in a different building, but literally just round the corner so it's fine. Breakfast was simple, mainly toast, cereal and yoghurt, but it was fresh and warm, the canteen was clean & staff friendly.
A small stool in the bathroom would be useful, or a couple of hangers - somewhere to put clothes away while showering. But otherwise all was good.
The room was very basic but clean, and the beds were comfortable. There is a TV, Wi-Fi, and extra blankets. I’ve never seen so much spare toilet paper! There is also a wardrobe, a bin, and a kettle.Unfortunately, the heating wasn’t working — and it’s January! This is the main downside, along with being given only one towel per person. There are also many stairs, narrow and not really up to standard. For us, without luggage, this wasn’t an issue, but it would be very inconvenient with bags.Breakfast is extremely poor. Just adding a couple of eggs and some plain yogurt would make a big difference. The fruit juice is basically sugary water and quite unappealing. The only options are milk, tea or coffee, and bread with jam or ham/cheese — nothing else. It’s fine for a very short stay. The area is good and quiet, and the price is reasonable. However, for more than one night, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Location, price.
Slightly noisy but was on the ground floor.
Location is great. Beds were very comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.
We weren't overly impressed by the continental breakfast as it was very basic, no fruit, no pastries and the juice dispensers looked less than appetising. The toast and jam were fine though!
Location is perfect. Paddington underground station is a few minutes walk away. There are shawarma, McDonald’s, KFC stores around.
First of all, we did not stay at White House. Instead they told us to stay at Seymour Hotel. It’s not clean at all. Only bed was clean. There are hairs everywhere, specifically in the toilet. So if you are into hygiene, this is not the best place. However, since the price was low as per London standards and we used the hotel only for sleeping, it was quite ok. Furnitures are old, there are dusts everywhere. If you are using it only for sleeping in the night, it’s fine. Otherwise, look for another place.
Easy check in at hotel around the corner..bus stop to victoria station just beside the hotel..hotel was lovely and clean. Breakfast was nice good value for money I will return.
Posizione
Bad cleaning , inhospitable Staff, smelly pillows & stained towels
Good location. Ok value.
Breakfast very simple.
The room and accommodation are correct, the breakfast is classic and satisfactory, for a couple of days in London, every recommendation.
I have no complaints.
Location
Tiny room and very barrow bathroom for two people. Someone’s jumper was in the room. Shampoo separated into multiple layers so looked out of date.
Room was large and comfortable, bathroom clean and plenty of hot water , staff very pleasant and helpful
Nothing everything perfect
Location and ease
I was in room underground, you hear the tubes running past the water flow was very slow to leave the the sink and shower tray .
