Pros +
- I liked the location very close to King's Cross station and places to eat, it was comfortable enough and bedding clean
- Location for Eurostar is excellent. The family room was clean and good value to just ‘rest your head before an early departure.
- It's handy for St Pancras station. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. For less than £70 in London it was very good. Fine for one night if you don't want to spend too much.
Cons -
- The hotel really could do with a make over ie painting, flooring replacement etc, but price is not 5*, room was comfy but very small but again only a place to sleep ready for days in London
- It was a bit noisy as we were under reception with constant late night footsteps.
- Our room was in the basement and there was clutter lying around, such as paint pots etc. It also smelt damp, although our room didn't. When we left, the receptionist was praying in reception and just ignored us! It was not the appropriate place for it and we felt uncomfortable.

Amazing location to the tube, very practical hotel. Good price given the stay
Shower door didnt stay fully closed, and the room door wasnt fully sealing so light from the hallway leaked in while trying to get to sleep
Walking distance to Kings Cross
Extremely noisy (on cannabis?) people in adjoining room. Shouting out to people on the street all night and in and out slamming doors from 10pm till 5am. Very scary. No sleep at all.
Excellent location.Superb priceComfy bed and pillowsGood shower.
Room was a bit small.Small shower cubicle.
Nothing. We didn’t even stay there, we left after twenty minutes of being shown to our room.
The whole property was giving off a dodgy vibe. The flooring was chipped everywhere; the room was dusty; smelt of musty damp washing; shower ceiling was chipped and paint falling onto base of it; the door to the barely even opened with the key sand even the guy working could barely open it!
Excellent locationBathroom was tiny but very new and cleanRoom was a good size (triple room)Toiletries provided
I stripped the beds in the morning and was horrified to discover multiple stains (one was blood) on the pillows, duvets and the mattresses. No hairdryer in the room
Very handy location. Clean room
Shower needed to be unblocked but we reported this
Location
Flies in room...1 pillow.. no customer contact
The location
There was a massive wet patch on the ceiling and a blood stain on the toilet and holes in the head bored also one un comfortable pillow
Very close to Kings Cross Station which was ideal for me. Just the job for what I needed.
The shower was a bit iffy and the shower head
Close to the station and ideal for catching the early Eurostar train. Also nice pubs nearby and eateries. The room did what it said on the tin, it was clean, it had three beds and an en suite shower. The bed was hard and the room a little colder than I would have liked but it was a good price in a good location and was ideal for a quick overnight stay while traveling through.
Beds are really hard but ok for one night. Room a little chilly...
The location was perfect
The room was tiny dirty and the shower head didnt even fit in the shower holder
Ground floor room, big double bed and near the location I needed to get to,
Property was in a good location
Lots of stairs to room,no remote for television, very tight room, heating not working
Booked as needed a room near St pancreas to bed down in for less than 12 hours and didnt want to pay £300. This hotel was the cheapest option that didnt look awful. We saw the reviews beforehand and expected the worst but honestly it was perfectly adequate for the circumstances. I wouldn't stay here for long term or for a romantic getaway but if you need a cheap hotel for 1 night then this hotel is a good optionStaff were friendly, beds were comfortable enough, and location is excellent
TV didnt workRoom could do with decorating and a new floor but it wasn't dirtyThe room above us were noisy all night although can't really blame the hotel for others behaviour Shower is good but at 6"1 my head was scraping the top, anyone taller will struggleStaircases are very narrow so large suitcases aren't easy to get up and down
The location was perfect for Kings Cross Station, the staff were amazing and couldn’t be more accomadating
The room is in desperate need of updating, nee, flooring and radiators and shower door, everything else was okay …. Basic but was suffice for a 1 night stay
It was close to the station
It was moldy and the bathroom was smelling bad
Right next to St Pancras
Shower plug was slow to drain. Shower tray filled with water
