Convenient situation

Kettle failure fused all electricity in room for remainder of stay. Very poor reaction from hotel.

The bartenders are rude and unprofessional but other members of staff make up for this tenfold.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations, amenities and room service are available around the clock. There is a cozy cafe and restaurant on the ground floor, and the location is excellent, next to an events venue with many restaurants, a mall, and a supermarket nearby. Special thanks to Helena and Lavinia, who made my stay truly memorable!

Beautiful hotel. Love the Retro look. Great position in Shepherd’s Bush for Empire next door. Lots of shops etc nearby. Friendly staff.

The ensuite was excellent.The bed was very comfortable.Staff were friendly and helpful.The foyer, bar and eating areas were very nice to look at.Access to public transport was very convenient. Room service request were completed in a timely manner.

The restaurant is nicely decorated, decent options for breakfast, very professional service.

You don't get any bathrobe or slippers, the rooms are bare minimum, and "park view" is in fact the street view. We had two different rooms "snug" and "cosy park", zero difference, save your upgrade money..

The hotel was really comfortable and clean.

The only drawback was the location, which made traveling to other places somewhat time-consuming.

Staff were very friendly. We got upgraded on new year eve, was a lovely surprise.

No parking at the hotel site but Parking in Westfield was so easy and affordable for London. 5 minute walk when parking towards tk max. £24 I think we paid for over 24 hours
