Saba Hotel London

It was newly refurbished, so new it felt like i was sleeping in a tin of paint. I woke up with a bad head ache.

I had to go to 3 different hotels before they found my room. The staff were never there and the process of checking in took over an hour.

12-15 walk from train station

Room & toilet too small/ crowded for 2 guests. Toilet too tight also. I always bang my legs on bed corner.

No air conditioning- it was very hot No elevator- carrying a heavy suitcase up small stairs to the 4th floor was very difficult

Best thing was its location, very close to the tube station, and nearby shopping and dining. Also the breakfast, though plain, was well done, offering beans and toast, eggs and cereals, with yogurt and fruit salad(canned not fresh)as other options.

The room we were put into was not as described on the website. it was tiny. you could fit the bathroom into an average closet, and the bed took up 95% of the room. also it was not in the main building. We booked Saba, but got Saba 2.

The location is really good and convenient to attractions in London.

Not cleaned. My family couldn’t sleep well as upstairs people had been talking and walking around over the whole night. It was better that we changed to another room the next day but it is not a good option if you want a quiet environment.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel listed Wi-Fi as available, but there was no Wi-Fi provided at all. The room was in a different building, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand. There was no proper shower, and most of the amenities were either broken or not working. Nothing matched what was promised online. Would not recommend.

Clean and had fresh towels and tea.

I had to walk down the road to grab a key and it was late at night. The staff were nice and helpful though.

Google said the property was permanently closed which was very disconcerting but I decided to get there and worry later. Luckily it was open, company need to contact Google.

Close to Tube and quick into central London. Excellent price for good basic room

Room was very cold the window was left open took forever to warm up Bathroom floor wasn't level and slippery I nearly fell and I am pregnant.

The breakfast was filling and very good, especially for a free breakfast in such an expensive city. Made the value of the hotel even better.

The wifi didn't work and we were told it would be fixed over and over but never was.

Clean, inexpensive room with free wifi. I would return. Small room, nothing fancy, but it was exactly what I needed.
