Best Western Chiswick Rooms

The room was perfect for my 2 nights. Clean and covenient. Very safe.

Have to pay for early check in.

Proximity to Stamford Brook tube station on the District Line. Lots of choices nearby for eating. Pretty nice neighborhood.

The bed was pretty hard and had some lumps. Nothing terrible though.

This was not a 4 star hotel. I feel deceived.

This is not a four star hotel. The rooms are tiny and there are almost no amenities. It's just a room. A four star hotel has additional amenities beyond just a bed and a toilet.

The location was good, not in the hearth of London, but really close to District line. The room was always very clean, and even tho it is an old house, the renovations really gave it a new life.

The wifi was quite tricky to make it work, only with our phones could we use it, my laptop wasn't able to connect. So if you have to go for a business trip, and own a mac, please contact them about this, I had no luck with mine.

Although it didn't look like much from the outside, inside everything was quite modern and the room well appointed. Although it is quite distant from any attractions, it was only a one minute walk to the tube station. Great Wifi connection.

I stayed in the fall and the room wasn't especially warm. Another blanket on the bed would have been appreciated.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpfull staff

Sadly, rooms were closer to those of a budget hotel than a 4 ⭐️ hotel. Mattresses correct but no way near luxury. Defective air conditionning for first 3 nights. Staff dis all they could but ended up in the ground floor. No compensation for this.

The air conditioner unit leaked during the night turning the floor into a puddle and the constant drip disturbing sleep. I turned it off when I realised the problem. No apologies when mentioned to staff

Location was decent.

This is not a four star hotel, even by London standards. The rooms are absolutely tiny. No lift, no bathroom products, no sitting area or chair for a desk. Inconvenient outlets. Not a great experience. This is a two star hotel.

It is close to the underground and some ok restaurants. Note that the underground station is not accessible and therefore problematic if you are travelling with suitcases and kids.

The Chiswick rooms is motel-quality accommodation. It is unclear how they're allowed to misrepresent key elements like the quality of their beds and amenities getting travellers to pay a hotel-level price for the rooms.

They are in shortage of irons imagine for the whole place they have only two irons,so my suggestion to them is to increase the number of irons in the hotel
