Pros +
- The location is excellent.
- Location!!! Staff!!! Safe and hot water kettle.
- Location and breakfast were amazing and delicious.
Cons -
- The room was small, even by European standards. With suitcases, there was just no place to move.
- The air control was difficult. The shower required stepping into an extreme tall tub-only one side of door opened. So adjusting water temp before getting was impossible. Above restaurant-so fire doors shut so loud! Blink on smoke alarm right above bed.
- Hotel rooms are adequately sozed for a couple but the mattress were hard. No frills hotel.

Great location. Well designed room with storage! Fast internet. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.
The cleanliness
I wouldn?t say it?s something I didn?t like but I thought there would be a coffee or cafe nearby for late night snack or breakfast but there wasn?t.
Comfortable and quiet room.
Access to shower over bath was a bit difficult.
In the middle of china townThe room was big with bathtub
It’s very noisy but it’s fine
My room was very small but totally functional. The staff were very kind and helpful.
Location
Bed too soft and no choice of pillow. Sink and shower are in the room (there is no bathroom). There is only separate toilette. Lift was broker and i had to carry the bag for 4 floors. Ceiling is uncomfortably low.
i did not have breakfast. location was super
oillows were high, more soft pillow would have been better
Ideal location Clean Friendly staff
Location was excellent. Room well proportioned, everything needed was to hand. Very comfortable bed. Staff very helpful.
Everything, perfect location, friendly and extremely helpful staff and the most spacious room I've ever stayed in in Central London
Honestly - nothing! If I was being picky - there was no decaffeinated coffee in the room but I didn't ask if I could get some either....
Beautiful, quiet and clean room...
Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, lovely room and good night sleep in generous comfy bed. Would recommend and stay here again.
Breakfast not available at the hotel, there was kettle and drinks available but it would have been nice to have some snacks supplied.
Location is incredible. Very easy to find and to get to. Lots of shops super close. Tea, coffee and fridge in room. Shower was perfect. Beds very comfy and the room was a perfect temp. Loads of plug sockets and fast Wi-Fi.It was also very quiet considering where it was.
Fat pillows
Well located. Lot’s of restaurant choices and theaters. Near to the metro station.
The room could be a little bigger but is so nicely organized that went well.
This is the best hotel in London that is affordable while offering comfort, very friendly staff, premium location, and very nice rooms! I will return if I am in London for sure.
Great location for a young couple, easy access to multiple central train stations and lots of good restaurants and theaters. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice, great to have the toilet in a separate room
Pleasant
Overall, the room was uncomfortable. The bathtub is located directly in the room, and getting into it requires a very good level of flexibility, which is quite problematic. In addition, the power sockets by the bed are extremely poorly designed: it was impossible to plug anything into them, so it was necessary to use other sockets, which is very inconvenient, for example when charging a phone. Finally, the last straw was a call from reception eight minutes before checkout asking whether we remembered about the checkout. This came across as very, very rude and rather unwelcoming. The hotel is located in a noisy area, but it is fairly quiet inside.
