No ice machine

Clean, modernized

No air-condishioning, no refrigerator, no microwave, small (typical) room size, very few TV channels noisy at night.

They had a room available at midnight when the Eldon Chambers hotel messed up our reservation! We had no WiFi and it was raining. This hotel was a Godsend. They were kind and welcoming. Bummer we had to go back to Other hotel.

Everything. The staff were absolutely amazing and very professional and courteous.

Our room as well as the facility in general was always clean. All staff were friendly and professional.

The check in took forever and the receptionist at the time wasn't very friendly.

No AC in the rooms and the air quality and condition was so bad in the rooms and corridors.Cleaning and room service was not organized and they missed my room and did not clean.Walls are super slim and narrow. Lots of noise from corridors and other rooms.Dishes and cutlery are not clean and have lots of marks and stains (breakfast)

Shower tended to spray the bathroom until we got the hang of it, and towels, although clean, smelled slightly of mildew.

The sink was clogged, one ceiling light kept flickering, sink also leaked a bit. Hairdryer was useless since it was permanently installed in the wall which was low towards the floor and did not reach my hair. Cord was way too short. Some personnel was nice and some not so much. They told us we were not eligible for breakfast even though I thought we booked with breakfast. The shower was an instal specifically for handicapped people. Unhandy for us who were not.

Big rooms, great location.

Had problems with the wifi. You must login again every 2 hours and you cannot connect with 2 devices simultaneously (i.e phane and tablet).

The location was great! Many sights were within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs in the neighborhood. Also the hotel was right by the Piccadilly metro line with direct access to Heathrow. The room was comfortable and quiet. The price was right, too.

Ideal hotel at a 10 minute walking distance to the edge of the city centre and located in a relatively calm neighbourhood close to the British Museum. Very modern and clean rooms with plenty of space and comfort. Staff interactions and amenities are basic, but all we needed.

The location is excellent with a short walk to Russell Square station and the British Museum. It is also a short bus ride from King's Cross Station.

There is a pub in the central courtyard that gets noisy at night and it seeps into the surrounding rooms.

Location was good, rooms were spacious and modern and clean

There was no central air conditioning, only a radiator in the room that did not work. There was a lot of cold air coming from between the windowpanes. There were stains in the bedding and a lot of noise from the street.
