High tea was amazing.. room gorgeous . They even surprised the birthday girl with champagne and baked treats in our room !! So thoughtful and tasty

Location not as perfect as others I've been to in London. But not a far walk

The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The entire staff from the doormen, reception, concierge, housekeeping and room service we're warm and welcoming. Thie location was very convenient.

The first room we had was on the second floor on the street - but they moved us no issue to a quite room

Rooms were good, location good , the extra balloons, roses , birthday cake excellent quality

Afternoon tea was poor. Staff were slow. Ordered two glasses of champagne and a larger. Waited ten minutes and single beer came out.. waited for another few minutes for champagne. Staff seemed hesitant and not confident. Sandwiches were just okay. The deserts weren't nice overall and lacked a wow. Much better fluid experience at the Ritz and better quality products. Breakfast was poor no pastries as they ran out even after asking nothing replimished. Hash brown on breakfast disgusting. Asked for sugar for cereal and never came. We recently stayed at the Mayfair again service and breakfast much better quality. In fact I've had better breakfast at premier inn. Overall a okay experience but definitely not 5 star experience.

Exceptional service, never been so happy during a stay. Highly professional, friendly and accommodating staff. Incredible breakfast and spa area. Thank you so much for everything, will be back for sure!

Was amazing from start to finish - checking in was easy and was also given a tour of the hotel all the way to our room. It’s in the heart of London making it easy to walk everywhere. The spa was amazing too and was cleaned constantly

Only one daughter had breakfast and she said it was lovely Extra touches were fab making daughters 21st very special Bathroom was stunning

Nothing wish we could have stayed longer and got to use the restaurants it was only a short stay but would have liked to stay longer

The little touches for the children and lovely bottle of champagne to our room. Beds soo comfy

Disappointing.

Room was dark, cold and not very cosy considering we paid for a suite. This was our 4th year in a row staying for my partners birthday and sadly unlike previous years, the Christmas magic wasn’t there this year.

Spa was amazing, room was fabulous,reception staff lovely.

Cover charge in bar, and one of the staff in velvet bar was very condescending although most were lovely.

Staff, gym & spa is all lovely

We have stayed here twice now, my boyfriend has a severe Nut allergy and both times with our room service breakfast we have had nutella in a jar on our table. I know this would have been a genuine mistake however does not fill with confidence that the staff take having a nut allergy serious.

It was so spacious and clean. Very comfortable, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, I love every moment I spend here

The rooms and spa were amazing, loved that I was provided with a pregnancy pillow without requesting.

The halal options in restaurants were not satisfactory. Very small mocktail served to me would have liked a bigger glass, espa toiletries no longer available in rooms.

The bar staff were quite difficult, however the manager met with us in the morning and made us feel so much better..

Quality and service exude in every area of this superb hotel. Excellent amenities in room and outstanding spa facilities which I greatly enjoyed. Amazing ensuite bathroom with tv and best (and highest) deluge shower ever (in London??) also with hand-held attachment!Velvet bar was lovely with great cocktails, service and super friendly welcome. Kerridge’s Bar and Grill was busy and noisy. Delicious food however and vibrant service. Superb but costly room service breakfast. Pianist in the foyer area was fantastic and I stayed for an extra hour just to relax and listen to him. He was also super friendly.

Down point was that the sliding bathroom doors wouldn’t stay open or shut unless a shoe was wedged against them! On check out, lobby was extremely busy. Seemingly with early arrivals at 12:15?!

Staff very attentive. Rooms wonderful.Changed the pillows to our liking without a fuss. Beds wonderful.

The full breakfast menu wasn’t available to us as guests,Only the more limited on which didn’t make much sense. The breakfast was nice, the continental had a good selection.Tv didn’t work in the bathroom.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms large and breakfast great. Fantastic location right beside embankment station.

It is very expensive and I phoned down to housekeeping a few times and received no answer.

So impressed with our experience at the Corinthia! The staff is very friendly and they pay attention to all the little details that create a unique and customized experience. Room was beautiful and comfortable the spa is the star of the show. Definitely recommend!
