Pros +
- It was close to the subway. It was close to the hotel I was checking out of.
- Location and ease of checking in.
- It was great for couple of nights. The room and the bathroom were clean.Location was okay,If you like to walk a little bit, there are lots of pubs and places to go. Even one across the property.
Cons -
- Pillows were like a bag of rocks. TV didn't work. Could not raise or lower heat.
- The noise level, you can hear literally everything clear as if they were in your room, the huge pigeons nest outside the window kept me up from 1 am to daylight as if they were in bed with me and before that it was the kabab shop closing and yelling 3ft outside the window. 525 quid for 3 nights in a tiny room 1ft to wall in front of bed, 2ft to wall on one side of bed and bed against wall on the other side that was a bit too expensive for what it was.
- Since the location was central, there were noises but that's not the owners' fault so. Also the room was kinda small but It was okay for me cuz I was solo.

Clean room and bathroom, good for one person, friendly on check-in, excellent location, quiet after midnight
Wifi password did not work, very hot - needed to turn off the radiator and open the window, room very small for two people, very noisy at 1130 pm from a vent/fan next door
Close to the food and metro station
Room very small, no place to hang clothes in the bathroom but better for the price.
Pleasant but travelers today need reliable access to WiFi.
Over my 2 day stay, I had access to WiFi maybe 2 hours. Raise your rates 1 pound a night and spend it on improving your WiFi. I was on the top floor but there are repeaters that can solve that problem.
The window was broken and could not close, the heater didn’t work and the tv didn’t work
Lots of stairs
Convenient location. Close to King Cross. Many restaurants nearby.
No air conditioning. Noisy until early morning as pub & bar around the corner. No elevator, hard to move heavy luggage upstairs.
Great location - close to Kings Cross St PancrasPlenty of restaurants nearby
All good
Really good location. Easy to get transport or walk distance if you don't mind the 30 to 40 min walk.
Noisy street and the place doesn't have air-conditioning. We had to sleep with the windows open and deal with the noise.Roos is super small barely have space to open 2 people luggage
Great location! 24 hour staff available
Rooms were a bit small but they were still comfortable
Close to St Pancras and underground stations. And local inexpensive restaurants
Very small room. One side of bed up against the wall - couldn’t get in or out of bed on one side. Dirty carpet in hallway and stairwell.
Perfect location near rail stations and in an interesting part of London.
No attendant on property.
Easy arrangements to access the building.Central location at a good price.
The carpets in the communal areas were incredibly stained. The carpet in the bedroom was threadbare in a number of places. The furniture in the room dated and worn.No toilet paper in the bathroom and no one to ask.Awoken at 4am with someone kicking at my door.
The only good thing about this 'hotel' is the location
This is classified a 3 star hotel, yet there was no-one to let us into the property, with no reception. The staff eventually had to come from another hotel round the corner to let us in after we rang the doorbell. The room we booked was a basement room as it was the only one with a private bathroom. The carpets were filthy and the room very dingy. The 'bathroom' had loads of broken tiles and was very small. The room was located right next door to a take-away kitchen with noise and shouting going on until after midnight. Then the hotel itself had people coming and going at all hours with lots of door slamming and talking. Probably only got 2 hours sleep because of the noise. It was like trying to sleep in a cardboard box. I honestly don't know how they are allowed to sell this room. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this 'hotel'
Very friendly staff. Location was excellent. The room was clean.
The shower didn’t have any ventilation
Was happy with the check in and check out process...pretty simple. The staff though not at that premises were close on hand for any queries I had.. helped me with my bags and the heating. The room was medium small but comfortable. The only real issue for me was the carpet... it needs a deep clean... you could see it wasn't very fresh and I kept my socks and slippers on the whole time. The shower was very clean but if you're not slim it's not ideal... could barely turn or bend without making contact with the cubicle which was icky for me personally but others might not mind. It wasn't too loud, you can hear a little traffic but it's generally a quiet area I would say. Was there 3 nights, Thursday to Sunday. Wouldn't mind staying there again.
Quick check in, clean room. Good value price.
The room is clean, toilet, and the bed siza is big enough for me and my son. The Location is perfect close to everything, bus stop, train station, a lot of restaurant or food court around.
The staff were lovely and very helpful (cannot fault the staff) especially as I needed to change rooms. I was taken to the top floor, (no lift so not wheelchair friendly) my first issue was I nipped out and when I got back my key wouldn't work. This happened a total of 3 times during my 3 days. So everytime I had an issue I had to go downstairs and ring the doorbell camera which staff would come over (I have bad ankles so it was a little annoying)So the first room wasn't the one I was advertised which didn't bother me at the time as I had travelled a long way and was very tired. The room was very hot as the heating was on. I couldn't turn it off so opened a window which I had put toilet roll to keep it open as it wouldn't catch. The towel rail was broken. One of the cushions on the bed had a crusty stain on it. I was going to leave it and just accept this as my room but the free WiFi wouldn't reach the top of the house which i needed the WiFi so I called over staff and told them my grievances. They said I could change rooms in the morning which was fine. The next day I was advised to leave my stuff and they would take it to the new room once done as I had to leave by 9 for my event. Suited me.When I arrived back at the hotel I went to my new room on the first floor and it looked a lot better. I was happier with this room and my stuff was in the new room. I had however noticed when I got back home and unpacked that my microphone was broken into two which I did advise them that I had expensive equipment in my suitcase and didn't want the leave them out in the hall way like originally planned. Over all my experience with leigh hotel was definitely an experience and I don't usually find issue with hotels even if they have a few faults. However the amount of money that I had paid it did make me quite disappointed. But the staff were lovely and helped Me everytime I had an issue.
