Location

Bathroom is a nightmare. Mold everywhere . WAter gets everywhere . Very dirty and out dated . Looks like it's been falling apart for years now and no one cares. Fine to stay for a night in a pinch I Guess

The kind staff and location.

Disgusting bathroom with mold and mildew to the point I purchased a heavy bleach gel to clean the walls, corners, and ceiling. Unfortunately, the shower curtain with embedded mold could not be cleaned and should be discarded/replaced to avoid sickness.

The flat was new and clean, with an great location. It's on a quiet street five minutes walk to Hyde park. There is both a Sainsbury's local and a Tesco express nearby along with an assortment of restaurants and the Bayswater and Queemsway tube stations.

While Bayswater is a safe neighborhood, the lock on the apartment door felt a little flimsy. There is a door chain to latch while you are home, but I would think twice about leaving any valuables there while you are not home.

The location is great. It's close to pubs, shopping, groceries and two underground stations.

The hotel needed some serious updating. One plug was falling off the wall, some lights were out, there was a leak in the bathroom and the walls were incredibly thin. We could hear our upstairs, downstairs, next door neighbors and the pigeons.

The location was handy, it was very close to parking facilities, tube and local shops. The room was very nice, wasn’t expecting that many beds, wasn’t expecting the balcony that was a nice touch

The instructions on the email wasn’t clear of where to check in, another guest had to tell us to go to 66 I believe, that wasn’t on the email. The early check in was very unclear, that didn’t help either All the email and the lady kept saying was subject to availability- rather than giving a yes or a no answer

Room had modern furnishings, great lighting, and a nice working desk.

The staff were fantastic,loved the apartment,unfortunately.my trip was ruined by a slipped disc and had to be taken by paramedics to hospital,id really like to thank msk staff for how quickly they acted in ringing me an ambulance and for how professional their attitude and kind nature was towards me and my wife.highly recommend msk and cant thank them enough.

Nothing to dislike.clean comfy appartments,very reasonable prices,brilliant staff.what more to say

Room smelled of the worst cigarette smell ever , was also very dirty , literally left the room and went to a Premier Inn because of how bad the smell was

Unhygienic balcony with cigarette buds and a used alcohol glass lying around.

Loved how spacious

To be honest it wasn’t clean at all!!The toilet was dirty,the floor was very dirty,hair strands all over!!And the heater wasn’t working wellI’d rate the place a 4/10

Brilliant location, we had the duplex and it was perfect for the 5 of us.

Walls were very thin and room was cold, but when we communicated that we needed the room to heat up they had a member of staff come over to sort the radiators for us.

Good location

Room was very noisy (I could hear people talking in next room as if they were in my room), not very clean and bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. Staff were very unhelpful when dealing with an issue I had with the iron.

Incredible location next to Hyde Park. Ideal for a first or last night in London with flights to or from Heathrow as the Elizabethan line and Heathrow Express directly connect this neighborhood to LHR.Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood right next to an entrance to Hyde park.Friendly and available staff.

No complaints, perfect for a short stay.

The location is good

Not as advertised this is basically a very small bed sit some of the photographs online show a suite not the room you are booking. Tried to complain but received no reply.

Convenient location, 2 tube stations and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets.

Tv didn’t respond to remote, had to press several times. Lift only went to 4th floor, we were on the fifth floor so had to carry bags one floor.

Central location. Clean & comfortable.

No tea or coffee or any hospitality tray.⁸
