Location
The room design and maintenance of our room was unthinkably horrible. There was no separate bathroom, just a toilet and shower cabinet in a small area adjacent to the room. The only door to the toilet compartment wouldn?t stay closed. Poor maintenance.
The location near Victoria Station.
B and B spread over several old residences. Room on 4th floor , no lift , no help with luggage, very small room, tv not working, shower leaking, skimpy breakfast We are in late 70s and found this B and B a poor choice.
Great location, room was compact but had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. Close to transport links and some nice bars and restaurants. A great place to stay if visiting the Victoria theatre.

The shower clogged when we had not used it long and filled the whole floor. Also being on ground floor was a little noisy.

The fridge in our bedroom didn't work. Though the staff was helpful when informed, it wasn't fixed or replaced during our stay.
