The Voyage Hotel Paddington

The room was a closet and the fridge didn't work. The pictures of the room were not accurate on the website.

The staff and location.

I was disappointed that I was not able to watch regular TV and had to settle for a streaming service. Not that I came to London to watch TV, but I am a news "junkie."

The location. Decent finishes

Is there housekeeping? They didn't service the room at all during my 3 night stay.

Location and cleanliness

Microscopic room; no temperature adjustment; impersonal, cold staff; no genuine service.

Close to Paddington Station and a few restaurants.

Lots of noise from above and below. Very hot. Old, not very clean.

The locatio

It was very basic. The room was very small. I could not bend over the sink without pushing the door open.

Clean, basic room. Good free breakfast provided. Friendly staff. Close to Hyde Park and Paddington station.

Though everything was cleaned well, the bathroom retained a slight odor to it.

Location

This is a no frills hotel but safe and relatively clean. Walls are very thin so noise inside and out is an issue. Staff was friendly at both desk and breakfast area. There was no soap dish or soap dispenser in shower so that was tricky!

Small room.

Location is perfect, clean and friendly staff

There is no lift that goes on all floors, so if you travel light it’s perfect. The blurred glass toilet is not really a great design choice.

Perfectly located just two minutes from Paddington station. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, rooms are very small (but normal for London) but very modern and comfortable. It was my third stay and I will be back soon hopefully:)

Room is tiny but cleverly arranged. Best for guests who travel light. Booked this last minute after we got stuck overnight at Paddington station due to an incident on the tracks. Very close and convenient. Modern room with contemporary design. Lovely view overlooking a leafy avenue and interesting townhouses.

Night staff were indifferent, day team were much better. Elevator for 2 floors but had to walk another floor up with luggage, narrow stairs in an old converted townhouse. Night staff had not advised where the lights were, we had to search around with torches for a while, it turned out they are bizarrely located on the far side of the room at waist height, not anywhere close to the door.

The location in Paddington was exceptional, the rooms though small are comfortable and you have everything you need. The staff are so helpful.

The location and staff are great. The room was clean and had all the necessities. There were heaps of restaurants nearby and it had really easy access to the tube. Id stay again but in a different room

The lower level queen room was TINY and there was no powerpoint near the kettle so we had to plug it in on the floor. The window was to a air shaft with pipes.. The room pictured for this room category has a window with a view of the front stairs and was much bigger so I was really disappointed. During our four night stay we had to keep stepping over our luggage and squeezing past each other.

Are you seriopus. You cancelled the romms on the morning of my arrival. Now do me a real big favour...stay away from me and dont ever ever evrer again come in conatct with me

you are complete scam artists. You offered a room in Huntingdon as a replacement. You should have suggested one on the moon while you were at it

very friendly & helpful staff

on our first evening Marriot & Sonder split ways - so we had to leave the premise the next morning. Sadly this overshadowed our entire visit

Firstly the location is great. Very near Paddington station and lots of shops and places to eat around. We had two nights and just a day to enjoy London, so this worked for us and was convenient for getting the train from and to Heathrow Airport.We are walkers so walking to Notting Hill was pleasant and we took it from there to make our way around the London sights.

Room was very small, which was exacerbated by having what seemed to be a king bed. We booked a queen room, but maybe the sizes are different in the UK? We would have much preferred a smaller bed so that we had more room to move. The bathroom was tiny, probably the most cramped we've experienced (and we've travelled in Japan). The pictures are definitely a little misleading, so if you don't mind a very small space, this will work for you. We wouldn't have wanted to stay for longer than we did though.
