The location is great, depends where you need to be in London. Tube stations are close. Uber to the centre like mayfair takes 30 min. The apartment is comfortable though when its cold outside its a bit chilly inside. Very nice bed and pillows. Nice shower and kitchen supplies . Change of towels everyday.
A bit of noise from the street because the windows are not soundproof.. and quite chilly in the apartment.
Great location. Very clean and well maintained. Flats were very spacious. Super convenient to have the combo washer/dryer in the kitchen. Super respond and professional staff.
Our room was very large and spacious. It was very clean and had all the amenities that you need. Fresh towels are brought every day, but other than that there is no real servicing of the room. Breakfast at the hotel is very good. Pros: space, cleanliness, staffCons: the bells of St Paul’s ring constantly. It was difficult to sleep because the bells ring every hour. I don’t know if the bells were ringing consistently because of the Christmas holiday or if the bells ring like this 365.There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom!
The ringing of the bells from St Paul’s. Too frequent and too loudNo electrical outlets in the bathroom
Everything! Fantastic hotel. We were greeted at the hotel restaurant by a wonderful staff. All were courteous and helpful. Excellent first impression that only got better once inside the unit. It was spacious, clean and absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Kitchen was supplied with everything you'd need and the hotel supplied coffee and some water. Beds were very comfortable as well. Food at the property restaurant was fantastic. Truly was an exceptional stay! Looking forward to visiting again.
Nothing whatsoever! The property is amazing.
Very nice apartment overall. Roomy, warm, nicely furnished, all the conveniences you could want, clean, very nice staff.
Hot water took a long time to arriver every time we turned it on - one or two minutes. Also, not a lot in the neighborhood of interest to tourists: restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. (nothing wrong with the area, it was just mostly residential and small local businesses).
The staff was conscientious, hardworking and accessible. The room was spacious and decently furnished.
The bed was mushy in places and I needed my sleep. Also: a lot of noise. Somebody was drilling either in the building itself or immediately outside, and the staff couldn't or wouldn't address it. Also, when I arrived, the toilet was dripping; on the other hand, the staff was very prompt about sending someone to fix it. Oh, and the kitchen should be better stocked: the one ha ha sharp knife could hardly cut butter.
Only the location is good.
The apartment smelled bad when we came. The bells from the church rang quarterly that very disturbing and the fire alarm was activated for two midnights and one even at 3am-5am, we couldn’t sleep well for whole stay. Not worth the price! The drainage in master bedroom was bad too. We did not dare to use that bathroom.
Good location , room with spacious space, clean and tidy.

Great location! Loved being near to St. Paul's Cathedral, the Thames, Underground lines, bridges to the South bank, and more. The apartment with two bedrooms and two baths were comfortable & quiet, and a kitchen & salon were an added bonus. Perfect for our stay with our adult son. My husband loved the breakfast he had down in the reception cafe. Loved the idea of being in an historic building!
a bit pricey for us :)
Not only is the apartment as beautiful as in the photos, the 2 bed, 2 bath apartment was so spacious and comfortable for my family of 4 adults and 1 baby. This really is such a fantastic central location next to St Paul’s, but it’s tucked on a quaint street with a beautiful cafe and courtyard to welcome you to every time you come back to your apartment. Stocked with nearly everything you’d need - coffee, clothes washer, soaps, etc. very comfortable beds and sofa.
The heating is centrally controlled so it was often very uncomfortably hot. Not a huge issue as we could just open windows, but this is the only reason why this hotel is not a 10.
Great space! Well updated, designed and maintained. The apartment was large enough to not be cramped for a 5 night stay. Great access to all we wanted to see!
Exceptional location, amenities in apartment were well appointed, plenty of storage, and very roomy. It would be a perfect short term rental for a family/business traveler. There are also plenty of places within a 5 min walk to restaurants, barm and 10 min to grocery store.
Temperature gauge was difficult to control.
The apartment was nice. We liked the location and the friendliness of some of the staff. Bed was comfortable and it checked off a lot of our boxes.Being placed on the top floor with the elevator in operable with no chance of relocating rooms was very inconvenient. 59 steps with luggage and after shopping, etc., was a bit much. Fortunately, we are both in good shape and was able to make the climb multiple times a day, but I can imagine this would be a huge inconvenience, or even a dealbreaker for some people. Fortunately, the front desk person that checked us in, helped us with our luggage and was also working on the morning that we checked out and was able to help with some of the bags. I don’t think it’s fair for your staff or your guests that they are made to suffer with those stairs and the steep incline.Having paper towels or any kind of paper products would be recommended to have in the apartment, since the only thing available were towels to wipe your hands, etc. No sense in having a kitchen without paper products in it.We would stay again, providing it had a working elevator.
The apartment room was very spacious, clean and very well appointed. The location is quiet but very close to the tube and major attractions.
Nothing I can think of
Native Kings Wardrobe was a wonderful place to stay on our London trip. We arrived very early in the morning and they were able to store our bags, while we killed time until the apartment was ready. The staff was awesome. Very pleasant and helpful. The room was exactly like the pictures on the website. It was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent. We ate at breakfast at Counter daily. They offered a nice variety of food and drink which was generous and tasty. I'll definitely be looking to book again with Native on our next trip.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like
Excellent location. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean, and well stocked for a family of four for the week. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The WiFi was weak in the living area, so the connection was hit and miss. The fire alarms went off twice (once in the middle of the night) with false alarms. The unit was also quite warm. We had to leave the windows open at all times to try to cool off.
