    Pros +

    • The room was a great size for a small family of 4. Excellent location and walking distance to tube and bus stations.
    • Staff were excellent at helping jet-lagged travelers and explaining the easiest and best ways to see sights, use public transportation, etc.
    • The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a nice quiet street. The bathroom was nice.

    Cons -

    • Room bathroom had a leak that would deep water into the bathroom floorboards and cause them to be saturated. Hotel did not seem to worry but it meant using our towels to clean water daily and the floor was always wet. Excessive damage fee. No breakfast.
    • Air conditioning in the room was broken. There was a large fan, but the window did not open. Room was incredibly warm even with a fan. Since we spent 95% of our time seeing the city, the inconvenience wasn't huge. We didn't mention it at the desk.
    • The room was tiny, even for London standards. The showe leaked to the floor below.

I liked how pleasant the staff was and how clean the room and facilities were.

I felt as though the room was too overpriced given the area, very far from most of the tourist attractions.

The features were up-to-date and it was clean. Staff was great. Location was good.

Be careful when going there initially, since there is a similar address in London. The room was too hot and not controllable. We had to open a window in January. The bathroom was WAY too hot.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood like a normal resident.

The structure of the building could have done more noise shield. It could be disturbed by other rooms's noise.

Great breakfast, clean &comfy room, friendly staff. Pillows were top quality too! Location wise, it's not close to big attractions, but that means it's nice and quiet. Tube is 15 mins walk away & the bus stop is two mins walk away.

Price and easy access to public transportation.

It is amazing value for money. Does what it says on the tin

It has good facilities, even a microwave, mini fridge, sink with washing up liquid. The rooms are very small with very little unused floor space. You could only access the double bed from one side for example. We had read a number of reviews before coming that had complained about space. But what do you expect for such a low price? We will definitely use this from time to time.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and modern. There were many little things that made us happy. For example, we only had one power adapter, but we didn’t need it at all, as both USB and USB-C charging cables could be plugged directly into the sockets. The room was also equipped with spoons, forks, and knives, as well as plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. Most importantly, there was a microwave, a small fridge, and a toaster. Grocery stores and a pharmacy are just a few minutes’ walk away on Kensington High Street.

The room was very small. We were in a family room (4 people) and only one could eat at a time, unless you opt to eat in plane conditions, shoulder to shoulder, or in bed. Also, the only place to keep suitcases was under the beds, which is usually not recommended because of bed bugs, but luckily we did not find any signs of them!

Great space, clean everything you need for a night away, great for kids, excellent value for money

Location a little far out but workable

Immaculate and compact property, everything at hand & more, very quiet for London enabling a good nights sleep. The receptionist was extremely helpful & polite. When we return to London I hope we are can book here again! Thank you to Nox Hotels & its staff, Brian.H

Nothing to dislike, it ticked all the boxes for us, but I suppose there,s always customers who will try to be negative.

Proximity to venue and value for money

Room was very small, especially the bed

    clean room, location

Was downstairs and it was very noisy. Could hear people coming in all night and walking about. Basement floor is not a good for noise. Fridge was leaking and making horrible noises, had to unplug in the night. Room was so tiny could just about walk round the bed, got quite a few bruises on the corners of the bed. Show was good but tiny - and I'm only a size ladies size 8! Hair dryer plug was broken in half and look dangerous, reported it but didn't get a replacement. Also reported fridge but didn;t get fixed so i had to leave it unplugged as couldn't sleep with the noise.

The lady in the reception (Irina) was super-polite and kind. The cleaning lady as well...Very clean room, quiet and also warm (well heated in winter)

Room with 2 double beds has no mirror and the bathroom was tiny. The location also away from the center of London (WFM thought).

    6GemmaPosted on: 2-8-2026

Great coffee machine, very clean, comfortable bed and good shower. Location excellent for Olympia.

No toilet roll in room and really frustrating to have to walk to the sister hotel early in the morning to get some myself (was outside of reception hours). Nothing additional was offered to apologise, but the staff were friendly enough. Also didn't know had to check in before 9pm so had to run there before I missed it.

Nice room, desk, large tv, nicely decorated.

No main communal area for a coffee or to take a call.

comfortable bed, massive tv, good wifi. Nice and warm

Shower cubical is tiny. If you want to wash your feet you need to get out of the cubical as its impossible to bend inside. Silly as there is room to do better and clearly they had spent money on quality fittings and tiles. The custom bed frame gives room below for bags but does have a shin bashing corner,
