Very accommodating and friendly Staff. Very spacious and clean.
The location was convenient, but also quiet and the place was clean overall. The common room looked like a cozy place to hang out, but I didn’t take advantage of it since I was only staying overnight for a layover. The shared shower was clean and had plenty of hot water.
My room was on the third floor and there was no lift. There were also a couple of small dead insects in one set of bedding, but since I had a private room I switched to the other bed which had no issues.
The cheapest hostel I stayed in London, very clean, and very nice and helpful staff. Location is also great !
It was very close to the centre, the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.
The restrooms are extremely small, with the sink, toilet, and napkin all very close together. I'm a tall person, and I couldn't get comfortable. It's not very hygienic to touch anything.
Place is very clean. It has everything you need. Near Tesco express, underground, has free drinking water, laundry, place is clean too and well heated for the winter. Staff are nice and helpful. Only thing that I’d recommend is a privacy curtain for dorm rooms and a small light each bed. Other than that its perfect. This would be my go to in London now.
