The view from the room was nice but we were on a floor that had construction going on. The receptionist told me the construction would be outside but never mentioned it was outside the room not the building.
Requested a room near to the lift about 15h30pm and told by reception to pay �80.00 extra.Website did not specify river view or city view.
The location, the executive lounge with its delicious drinks and food, the breakfast was amazing, the lobby bar had great food and drinks. I honestly thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Next time I?m in London, I will be staying here.

Location wise it is close to tower Hill underground and a short walk from Bank underground making it easy to get about to other part of London. Room was very comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed.

Location and accessibility to hotel were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. Bathroom was very good decent shower and very clean. Staff on the whole very good.
Booking in was poor, staff member couldn't find our booking (Booking.com) and when they couldn't find the reservation on the system I was asked if I'd made the right booking rather than it being a Hilton issue, it was a Hilton issue.

Staff, location and the rooms
Clean, modern and all in great working order! Great location with the underground under a 5 minute walk around the corner. Loved that early check in could be accommodated. Loved the free little water bottles in the room and tea facilities. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great and fresh.
Nothing to really say other than we wished the tv guide on the telly worked properly but to be honest we only watched it for an hour for the duration of our stay when in bed so wasn’t a deal breaker.
