The central location is convenient.

This hotel is not equal to the star rating. Among other issues, the carpet was stained, the bathroom tiles were cracked, the vanity was broken, the wall light fixtures were not properly attached.

Good location and clean

Shower leaked, breakfast was poor. I had already eaten my breakfast before my pot of tea arrived. I had to ask for it again. No bacon, kept getting told it would be 5 mins, it took around 20 mins. The room above had a leak so it was dripping down as we walked out of our room onto us.

The staff were exceptional. Great central location, clean and all round great stay.

I was assigned a basement room, which was not disclosed in the booking, and my subsequent request for a room change was denied.

Broken window can’t be fixedPillow wasn’t comfortable Receptionist was not professional as they didn’t take make comment related to broken window seriously.Room was very cold although the warm AC was on.

I really enjoyed my stay at Park Grand Mayfair. The hotel is elegant, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, quiet, and well maintained, which made my long stay very pleasant. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around London.

Nothing in particular. Overall, everything met my expectations and the stay was very enjoyable.

Ambience, cleanliness, comfortable room. Staff were amazing, they really looked after my 6 yr old son.

Looking a bit tired

From the start (myself and 12yr daughter), amazing, met at door, fresh hot chocolate,marshmallows and candy canes with a free upgrade to a suite on arrival. When asked if any occasion and realised it was my birthday complimentary breakfast for both of us was added. The receptionists couldn't do more to the point on leaving the hot chocolate hadn't come out yet, they made fresh ones for us to takeaway after organising our taxi to kings cross. We left as taxi arrived pre hot chocolate and the staff chased down the taxi to hand deliver them through the taxi door!! Location amazing next to marble arch, shops and places to eat.We could not recommend staying here enough, fabulous and excellent in everyway. Thank-you Rachel & Olivia

The staff serving breakfast and breakfast itself were very good. Friendly staff and always willing to serve you better. The room has zero entertainment, as I have to watch 4 channels and when asked, they said they plan to add other sat station as we are in 2025!!!!!!

A room with zero tv channels....four channels only at an age where digital technology is so dependable but the owners did not even think or have a message to apologies or even to inform you on booking your room. Will not stay gain.....

Great hotel with excellent service. The staff were very kind specially Gallena she was very kind and helpful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Not much

The room I had booked was not in the hotel. It was in the basement of an annex across the road.

First room offered was effectively a room built into the top of the landing on the top floor, three walls in the hall way and no window. There was barely room to walk around the bed. Despite Booking.Com advertising 175ft sq, I paced it out to a little over 100ft sq. I complained and was moved to a room in the basement with a small window but more space. The next morning I was awoken at about 5am with staff preparing breakfast in the dining room above, then there was no peace as every pace and seat being moved was heard. Its gets better though. Following a further complaint I was moved to a much larger room, more akin to those in the pictures and the staff simply could not do enough to please me. I left happy, but unsure if it was worth £700 for two nights.

Some rooms are tiny, was moved twice in two nights.

The location

At the beginning the staff gave as a room in the 3rd floor which was airless and feels humid they know about it because we found the window open . After we complained they took along time to resolve the issue and they pretended that they didn’t know and the ac system was fine which was not , then they asked us to collect our stuff when we were actually very busy .
