Beautiful, modern, clean. Great location.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. From the moment of arrival until departure, you genuinely feel welcome and cared for in a way we have never experienced before. A wonderful surprise was the complimentary hotel transportation within a two-mile radius, using either a Bentley or a Rolls-Royce. After shopping, the staff even brought our bags to the room, allowing us to relax and enjoy a drink and something sweet at Cakes & Bubbles. The bar was excellent, the room was superb and fully equipped, and the evening turndown service was a beautiful touch — bed prepared, curtains closed, slippers and water ready for the night. Breakfast was delicious and served à la carte. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful, elegant, and effortless.

The only minor point — which we often notice in English hotels and restaurants — is that the indoor temperature can be quite warm, particularly in the hotel restaurants. The hotel room itself was perfectly comfortable, but the dining areas felt warm for both of us. That said, this did not affect our enjoyment of the stay in any meaningful way.

Superb location, loved the room, very clean and the staff who service / clean the rooms were amazing. Visited before Christmas, the Christmas decorations were lovely.

I really liked that the hotel has a direct entrance on Regent Street, as well as a second, more private side entrance.The hotel offers a restaurants & a cafe, in addition to a first floor restaurant where breakfast is served à la carte.The service and staff were excellent, professional, and very attentive.Bed linen is changed daily, which reflects a high standard of care.The room cleanliness was outstanding throughout the stay.The suite was spacious, with beautiful, well maintained furniture.The bathroom was elegant, luxurious, and very well designed.The lobby is stunning and adds to the overall sense of luxury.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Location is in the very center of central London, walkable distance to many destinations. The cheesecake in the dessert shop Cakes & Bubbles was incredibly delicious,

I think it is wayyy over-priced (but maybe that's applicable to every hotel in London) My room was okay in size, but had one very tiny window and therefore very little natural light, the room felt dark most of the time. I would expect that a hotel in this price range would have excellent service, but the service I got was below average. When I checked out of the hotel I had a lot of luggages and was struggling for a bit but no one offered to help take it to the door. I was quite disappointed in general.

Rodolphe and Von were extremely helpful and welcoming at the reception. The housekeeping and concierge teams provided excellent service and attention to detail, and the location couldn’t be better!

It was too modern, compared to the outside of the building and the main parts inside! The room was too modern and felt like in prison or something.. i wld of expect more traditional look..Same with hallways, too much plain..

Rooms were exceptional. Beds were most comfortable beds in a hotel. Staff were very helpful. Hotel complimentary car service was very useful in getting us to a dinner reservation on time. Bar service was efficient and friendly. The care taken to help us celebrate my wife’s birthday was tremendous and much appreciated.

I have no words to describe just how amazing this hotel was. We stayed there as a couple for a few nights and honestly didn’t even want to leave the hotel – it was that incredible.From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless: the warm welcome, smooth check-in, and helpful explanations about the hotel made us feel truly taken care of. This is hands down the best five-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in.The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning – elegant, modern, and thoughtfully curated in every detail. The room was huge, beautifully decorated, and extremely quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need – and more.Every single staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and eager to help.The pool, gym, and spa facilities were some of the best I’ve seen in any hotel. Everything was perfect.There really aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was. We’ll absolutely be returning the next time we’re in London!

Staff in everywhere is exceptional and the breakfast is really in good quality, service is gorgeous; overall management is great.

Main entrence to the hotel is too bad, from the tiny road perpendicular to the main street..Room ( delux?) is ordinary beside lighting is awful; insufficient in the bathroom and also with the automatic curtain system, it is not efficient to fix the comfortable atmosphere. Decoration is like an ordinary city hotel.
