Nice secure building, 24 hour concierge service, spacious and well-appointed room, nicely decorated, very clean, everything worked.

I found the location a bit farther from the Tube than I would have liked. The nearest Tube stations are 11 mins walk away. Quite well served by 4-5 buses within 3- 6 min walk.

The entire apartment was clean with good and comfortable beds. Close to, eatries, convenient atores, shopping centres and train stations and stop next by.

Heating system was poor, with only two radiators for the whole apartment.

The location was very good - a quick walk to Clerkenwell and Bloomsbury.

It was a standard studio serviced apartment. It was fine, but expensive at the 240 pounds per night for December.

Extremely well appointed room; it had everything we needed and felt very spacious for three adults. Location was great, and staff was helpful. Very good value for money, would definitely stay again

We stayed 8 nights, and the apartment was cleaned twice, and towels changed twice. I think a good service at least every 3 days would have been more pleasant.

The building was spotless; the front desk was staffed by very friendly hotel reps; the property itself if close to so many transportation hubs and dining establishments.

Using Google maps on foot can be frustrating because there are two overlaid street levels. The connections are stairwells that are not readily visible.

Great location — close enough to main attractions but also in a more local feel and quieter neighbourhood. Comfy beds and all basic amenities provided (including a small but useful gym). 24/7 front desk (despite it being an apart hotel)

I stayed for 8 nights but only got provided cleaning of the room once. It would be good to provide this once every 3 days or something

I stayed at The Rosebery aparthotel for 5 nights, which is located in Farringdon. The neighborhood is very quiet at night and I felt very safe. The Farringdon tube is about a 10 minute walk. There are two different bus stop a 2 minute walk from the building. It's a 5 minute walk to Exmouth Market, which has lots of interesting places to eat. There's a convenience store about a block away. The room was spotless and the front desk staff very helpful. I asked for an early check-in (for 2pm), but was able to get into my room by 11Am. The only criticism (and this is on me), is that there is a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower. There's a stocked kitchenette and refrigerator. The microwave took some figuring out because the printout in the room doesn't match the appliance. The tub doesn't have grab bags to get in and out of the tub, which was an issue for me.

The only criticism I have is navigational, and is a Google Maps issue. I walked from the Farringdon tube. Both Google Maps and Citymapper told me to walk along Warner Street and then make a right onto Rosebery Avenue. This is not possible because Rosebery Avenue is located ABOVE Warner St. I only discovered the error when a passerby pointed out the staircase (1 Warner St on Google Maps). Before the bridge, there will be an brick arch and then take the staircase up to Rosebery Ave. or walk along Warner St until you get to Mt. Pleasant, make a right unto Mount Pleasant, and then a sharp right onto Rosebery Avenue. Perhaps instructions can be included in the emails I receive before my visit E

Stayed here many times. Very clean, great staff and well equipped and comfortable.

The pillows were not great but that’s quite a personal thing. Memory foam type better. They were a bit hard.
