    • The room was so nice clean and big!
    • It is a serviced apartments has nothing to do with4 stars 8.0/10 rated I my booking indicated a superior studio what I got is a studio 2 floors under the graound Room no A01 When I asked why they said this is superior ????
    • The location is perfect. The room had high ceilings and huge windows, making it light and comfortable. The bed was hard, but I tend to prefer a hard mattress. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    Cons -

    • Not the best area for nightlife
    • My only complaint was not about the hotel itself, but the fact that there is a youth hostel directly across the street, and a VERY noisy group was staying there during my first few nights. But it was Easter holidays. The staff explained this was unusual.
    • The hallway carpets were plush, but stained and getting shabby. The rooms on the half floors required going up and down a half flight of stairs, which is not a big deal except when lugging luggage.

Location near Earls Court tube station, in-room washing machine, separate living room and bedroom, heated towel rack, nice wood cabinets and wood floors. Breakfast delivered to room. Excellent staff all around, especially the Hungarian guy at the desk.

The hallway carpets were plush, but stained and getting shabby. The rooms on the half floors required going up and down a half flight of stairs, which is not a big deal except when lugging luggage.

We liked the black cherry yogurts and coffee served for breakfast each morning.

We did not like the fire doors that slammed shut repeatedly. We did not think it was well decorated, the living room seemed empty, there was no art, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was ridiculously small.

    Location was amazing

we were assigned a room in the baseman. Nosy. Corridor carpet smelt bad and was not always clean. The hotel could be a 4 star but not the rooms in the baseman!

All of the staff was great. I even had an incident where I left an envelope behind with over 1500 euros. One of their staff, a man, found it and sent it by Western Union to me in Portugal. Amazing!

The couches were a little small and the cushions slid forward as you sat.

Door man was excellent and helped us on several items.

Well located hotel with large rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only a short walk from Earl's Court Station plus plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Neighbourhood felt very safe, apart from the entrance to the train station (which is the case with many London stations, not just Earl's Court). We also found the location great for long walks (e.g. Chelsea Harbour Pier, Harrods, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum, Science Museum etc). Buses run frequently down Earl's Court Road and there are multiple options for groceries within walking distance (M & S Food, Sainsbury's and Tesco). Front desk staff were pleasant enough and room service staff did a good job. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend the hotel to others and would stay there again. I thought it was good value for money.

Just one gripe worth mentioning. We had been told on our first morning (when dropping off luggage) that there was a possibility of an early check-in, so we arrived at the time they suggested, only to find out that was not the case after all. So not only did we have to sit in reception for half an hour, our room was not even ready at the standard check-in time (2:00). That was a little disappointing because we'd already been sitting there waiting and were very tired after a 20-hour journey. When we finally got into our room at around 2:15, it smelt so strongly of cleaning products my eldest child was in tears and begged to stay at a different hotel. Thankfully, the smell dissipated within an hour or so of the windows being open, but I feel like a hotel as established and well staffed as this one should be able to organise rooms to be cleaned (and aired!) before the advertised check-in time. Other than that, everything was good.

    Needs renovation

Nothing at all. Location might be the only better thing.

Accommodation was not as advertised (misrepresentation)Upon arrival and check-in, the unit was significantly smaller and more congested than the listing photos and description implied. The photos were deceptive and created a false impression of usable space and comfort. The sleeping setup was not suitable for a family (2 adults + child). The bed/space was so cramped that we could not sleep properly, and the overall layout/bathroom/room size did not match the expectations set by the listing. This was not a preference issue, it was a material mismatch from what was sold.We have photos of the actual unit and can provide screenshots from the listing showing how the property’s presentation misled us.2) We reported immediately and asked for a reasonable solution, they refusedWe raised the issue right away with both:* the property directly, and* Booking.com supportWe requested a reasonable remedy: upgrade to a suitable unit, or refund for unused nights given the misrepresentation. The property’s response was essentially “it is what it is” and they refused to provide any remedy or meaningful solution.Booking.com also contacted them, but Booking.com told us the property did not agree to any solution. Booking.com requested photos; we submitted our real photos and also screenshots from the Booking.com listing to show the mismatch. Despite the evidence, the property still refused to resolve it.3) We were forced to leave and pay for another hotel (Hyatt)Because the accommodation was not fit for purpose and not as described, we had no choice but to check out and relocate (we are traveling with a child and needed a safe, usable place to sleep). We booked and paid for a replacement hotel (Hyatt) at additional cost. This clearly shows we did not “change our mind” — we were forced to move because the product/service delivered was not what was sold.

Location was good, staff was friendly and helpful

The sofa bed for kids is too small, It's also not comfortable and its shape is quite weird. The door into one room has no space to be kept open all the time.

I like everything the staff very helpful specially yahya They do cleaning everyday the location perfect near tube station only 5 minutes walk The space of the rooms are bigger than most hotels in London

The first staff who welcomed me he was very rude un respectful he talked to me with disrespect We arrived at night after 13 hours tired with kids didn’t help with luggage or ask someone to help us He said he won’t let us check in if we didn’t pay the 100 pounds deposit I asked him to keep our passport till I can pay him We paid all most 2300 pounds and he won’t let us check in only for 100 pounds Im really sorry that im writing this review I felt bad coz he is only the one staff who’s very rude Except that everything was perfect and exceptional I guess his name (mazloom)

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better — close to everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine in the apartment, which we didn’t expect but absolutely appreciated. We arrived around 11 AM (well before the official check-in time), and since the room was already ready, they kindly let us check in early. That made such a difference after traveling.Overall, a great experience — comfortable, convenient, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

The only thing to note is that the apartment was a bit chilly at times, and there was some draft coming from the windows. It wasn’t a major issue, but something worth improving.

    The location only.

The furniture in the room was quite dated and had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there was a lack of soundproofing, particularly in the bedroom, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. I also experienced issues with staff who were quite rude during my stay. I had booked a night earlier to ensure an early check-in, but upon my arrival, the staff member simply asked, 'What can I do for you at this time?' without even checking my reservation in the system. The only assistance offered was to take my bags, which was disappointing and frustrating.
