Location, general appearance of the hotel, size of the room.

My room was not clean upon arrival: room keys from previous guests were left behind, the room carpet and bottom bedsheet were dirty, there were dirty cups left in the bathroom...

The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed

Rooms are not standard. Daily cleaning is not super good but overall ok.If it rains, top floor outside material has a noise.

Excellent location - very close to buses and trains. Westfield Mall was a block away. The room was a good size. Didn't use the kitchenette but it was nice to have.

Housekeeping was practically non-existent. They made the bed and changed the towels but nothing else. The room wasn't vacuumed or swept the entire time we were there. The hand wash was watered down so much that it was practically useless. Shampoo and body wash bottles were completely empty in the shower and were not replaced. Had to ask the front desk for shampoo, body wash, hand soap, tissues, toilet paper and water. Certainly was not expecting to have to do so at a 4-star hotel!

The check-in process was painfully slow, and the room reeked of a harsh chemical cleaner, clearly an attempt to mask a bad smell. While I was checking in, another guest was complaining because their room didn’t have a remote control and the heat wasn’t working, and during checkout, someone else was complaining about their breakfast. It was obvious right from the start that this place is nowhere near a 4-star hotel since clearly these aren’t isolated incidents. But what truly pushed me over the edge was what happened after I left. I accidentally left a personal item behind and realized it about an hour after checking out. I immediately tried calling, but no one answered. I then emailed both their front office and reservations inbox right away. Since then, I’ve sent three separate emails, contacted them through Booking.com, Instagram, and Facebook, and still haven’t received a single reply. Not one.When you try to call, you’re put on hold forever, sometimes up to 25 minutes, only to have the call disconnected. Over three days, I called ten times: four on Sunday, two on Monday, and four on Tuesday. The times that I was able to get someone on the phone they’d say things like “My manager will respond within the hour,” “We’re contacting housekeeping,” or “We’re waiting for security.” Every single promise was an empty one. Nobody followed up. Eventually, they claimed they didn’t find anything, which, given their total lack of communication and accountability, I find very hard to believe.This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. The complete disregard, lack of communication, and dishonesty are appalling.If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t. Save yourself the frustration. This place operates with zero professionalism, and calling it a 4-star hotel is an insult to every property that actually earns that rating.

Large rooms, helpful staff, easy access to public transportation.

No windows are opening, thus you feel airlessness , AC is noisy and only keep room cold (we were there in autumn and we had to ask a heater, they brought in a short while)

We had a comfortable stay once some details had been sorted out. Good location close to Westfield shopping centre and underground stations.

First studio we were given did not have dining area, hair on pillow, only one bathrobe. Appears this studio was possibly for one person. After speaking with staff at reception we were relocated from 1st floor to 5th floor. This studio had dining area.The range hood over stovetop was not working. Went to reception and reported. Maintenance came to room and advised they were waiting for spares and nothing could be done to fix it and to cook on stovetop anyway. No tea towels to wipe dishes etc., reported to reception. Next day 2 face washers were left in kitchenette. Again went to reception requesting tea towels and next 2 hand towels left in kitchenette. Gave up and used hand towels to wipe dishes etc. One night we had no hot water and reported this to reception 2 or 3 times and they advised it had been reported to maintenance. No one from maintenance came to our room that night. In the morning the water was hot. Maintenance came to our room in the morning regarding no hot water. Told him it now appeared to be OK.Communal laundry room had 5 washing machine and 5 dryers. Three of the washing machines were out of order and remained so for the 10 nights we were there.

Excellent location with easy access to public transport, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and the shepherd bush tube is only 7 minutes away. Very close to Westfield (one of London’s largest malls) only 5 minutes away on foot. Plenty of services nearby. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Overall cleanliness was below expectations: the carpet didn’t feel clean, the mattresses were very old, and the towels were worn out. Breakfast was monotonous for 7 days with almost no variety—most days it was just scrambled eggs and toast. When I asked for items like an omelette or pancakes, I was told there would be an extra charge (about £20). I also preferred paper cups for hot drinks for hygiene reasons, but this request was declined.

Commercial studio apartment in a great location close to two tube stations and Westfield with 24 hour reception. Rooms were very quiet and roomy with a good shower. Happy hour at the Jin Bar was very good.

There was a kitchenette, but we couldn't manage to get a tea towel to dry the dishes - they kept giving us fluffy white hand towels. Teabags were not replenished - we asked housekeeping several times over our 10 day stay and their response was very hit and miss. The stove was on a timer and kept turning itself off. There was a laundry room available with 4 out of 6 washing machines out of service and a very unpleasant smell. With an 11am check out we had staff knocking on our door at 10am to see when we were leaving.

I complained more than 4 times and all hotel staff failed to close pantry light which was opened all day and night. I gave and in the end.

Location was okay, smell of the hotel in the lobby was pleasant, staff was friendly and helpful. Some faciliites were there such as gym and laundry rooms, although we didn't really use them. Opening hours of the breakfast were good. early, at 6am. Staff was incredibly helpful, we ordered a package and they helped to put it on our room's frige immediately. The good part is that if you want a late checkout, you can do it, and they bill you for the hour additional £10.

Breakfast was the same every day, not a lot of options (for example , pancakes, omlettes etc.). We noticed a cockroach climbing from behind the food baskets. No parking spaces, we had to pay our own parking every time, room was not ready when we arrived, the replacement room had a broken shower head. Thankfully they changed our rooms, and the new room had a malfunctioning fauset. The cleaning services were mdeiocre, they only changed the sheets, not really clean the room.

Every thing was good but we had late chick in more than half an hour after 3:00 pm and we we so tired.

It was very veryyy clean and all the furniture looked perfect and new, simply relieving for the eye you wouldn’t have to leave the place to have funz. Also its location was perfect, a bus station is literally at the door and a metro station is only 3 mins away. The staff, specifically Mohammed and Rona, were very helpful and friendly, they made me feel like I’m at home.

When I booked it mentioned having a washer in it, but my room didn’t have a washer. Honestly I wouldn’t blame them for that very much because I didn’t call for help regarding that I simply ignored it. Pretty sure they would’ve fixed the situation for me if I asked them to.

Nice rooms

They don't clean the rooms every day. The receiption is busy when you call them.Before we leave the rooms they disconnected our cards without a previous notification of anything. When we checked in the other rooms that was booked they have delayed on our cheack in while in cheakout they didn't even give us extra minutes. When they don't clean the rooms they don't even bring new towels and tissue without calling them.

Good small kitchen, exactly what we needed. Clean, great location and really nice staff! Will be back when in London for sure!

Overall a great property

The pictures and descriptions of individual rooms were not entirely accurate. The description made it sound like we would be in a small studio apartment (washer, dryer, stove, etc.) What we got was a hotel room with a hob and microwave. It was a VERY SMALL space.

The house keeping , they did not clean properly?no water supply to the coffee machine we have to ask receptions every time?? Oven & microwave light not working Ventilation hood not working.Astra the Duty Maneger since 10 days ago no give receipt of 120£??in-spite call here several time??
