The room had a window but it was not possible to open it or look out it was just a glass that is not transparent

Couldn¿t be closer to St Paul¿s. Very clean and modern.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff.

Setting and environment were lovely.

The room was far too hot.. air con unit did not seem to work at all.. so not a great nights sleep..

Quiet, great location, not run of the mill cookie-cutter decor.

The shower had no doors. the whole bathroom flooded. The water was not very hot. The electrical switches were not practical. The bedside lamps could not be turned off separately. The fridge was broken on arrival and had to be changed. I used the shower once. because it was to dangerous and I came out feeling cold because of the luke warm water.

Friendly staff, excellent location.

Food was quality did not measure up to our expectations. Sadly to say I believe the expertise is not there to deliver the menu.

Centrally located. Clean, quiet, comfortable room.

Since the shower was open the water ran outside of the drain area. It wasn’t a huge deal but definitely needed to step carefully not to slip.

Close to all amenities. Clean and very helpful nice staff. The restaurant and bar food was amazing and the restaurant staff are so nice and helpful too. We had room service and it was great. Easy check in and check out.

Nestled smack dab in the middle of London’s sightseeing playground, this place made walking to iconic landmarks feel like a casual strut down the runway.Louise and Sangam at reception? Legends. They answered our endless questions with the patience of saints and the sass of seasoned Londoners. Their food and activity recommendations were so on point, I briefly considered hiring them as our personal tour guides.And Constantine… oh Constantine. The restaurant manager with the charisma of a talk show host and the warmth of a fresh croissant. Breakfast with him felt less like a hotel meal and more like brunch with your fabulous bestie who knows exactly how you like your latte (spoiler: it’s two cups, minimum).You made these two ladies from Texas feel right at home—boots, big hair, and all. ?If you want a boutique hotel that’s got personality, prime location, and staff who treat you like royalty without the stiff upper lip, book it. Lost Property didn’t just meet expectations—it packed them in a suitcase and sent them first class.

Staff was friendly, breakfast excellent, bed comfy.

Rooms were a little cramped.

Location, lovely well serviced room, exceptional staff who made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Great breakfasts.

loved the location directly opposite St Paul's cathedral. Loved the decor-especially the glass lightings. Bar area very nice. Room was great for a short visit-with everything you need. Great walk along Fleet street

The staff were fantastic; I arrived earlier than the 15:00hrs check in, but they were extremely helpful, plus gave me access to the gym whilst i waited for the room. (the Gym has a large disabled toilet, so i was able to change in there)The room was extremely quiet and comfortable, although a little small, but I wasn't in there for long enough to be concerned by itGreat walk in shower with high water pressure and really great toiletries supplied.An iron and board were supplied in the room, which is a must for business travel.

the iron in the room ruined one of my shirts as it spat rust out with the steam and stained a white shirt.
