The bathroom

Yes, I was there for 2 weeks and used my bedsheet a whole week, and went ask the front desk for a change of bedsheet one of they guys there told me it's not possible that they guests only use one bedsheet for 2 weeks i was shocked ?

Once you got familiar with the place it works well. I was on a top bunk and the steps are a touch precarious for a 6'3, 17 stone guy. Every thing else was great and very reasinable.

It's a wonderful place. The rooms, toilets, bathrooms, and common areas are very clean. Cleaning is done regularly. The staff at reception are friendly and welcoming. The hostel is cozy inside, has security cameras, and is in a good location. There's a 24-hour reception. Internet is free, and there's hot water 24 hours a day. I will definitely go back here.

The staff was not really friendly or helpful. The vibe was weird. The people I shared dorm with were creepy men which I felt unsafe with so I left after the first night, even though I was there booked for 3 nights.

It was very noisy, lots of teenagers screaming and banging the doors at the corridors late at night, reception saying is taken care of, but minutes later they left the room and started screaming in the corridor again.

It's what you expect from a hostel. I usually stay here whenever I'm travelling into London because the place is very affordable, and you get quite a lot of quality for this price. Obviously, it's not luxury, but it feels like a place where you can quite easily meet people. The beds are comfortable, and the place is relatively clean.

This hostel is great value. We stayed in a two bed (bunk) room, we shared a bathroom with one other two bed bunk room. It was clean and well-stocked. Full, large kitchen with all the kitchen ware you might need, two fridges, two ovens, two microwaves etc… also a very comfortable, large, cozy, lounge with couches, and board games. Great location, right on the South Downs Way and an easy 5 min train to Lewes (train came every hour from 6am until past midnight). The staff were lovely and they stored our luggage for us for several days while we were walking the trail. Other reviews mention the highway noise, it’s definitely noticeable but we were provided earplugs for free and we didn’t find it affected our sleep. Highly recommend!

They warn you in advance in the property description but in case you missed it, the wifi only works in the common spaces. Luckily, the common spaces were comfortable to hang out in and for the price we paid, that was fine with us!

Nice, clean facilities. Many shops and restaurants everywhere around. Cleaning crew work all day to keep it clean. It has a kitchen and a TV room. Mattress was good, a small lamp with a private socket and a curtain for privacy. Age limit 45, when I arrived they still accepted me, I am 52.

lovation close to the tube station & euston station , kitchen that has microwave , plenty of room to sit in the lounge arrea, good shops nearby such a good friendly place to stay

when you get the top bulk could be hard to get down not young anymore

I have found the place clean, quiet, comfortable and good value for money.

Clean, convenient, and friendly.

The hotel was great, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent and very convenient, especially because it was close to the school where I studied. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bed sheets and pillows were not changed daily.

The Location was great, check in was incredibly quick, and the personal was very nice and humble

Beds are small, stuffy and not enough ventilation, you can hear the heating during the night making it difficult to sleep.

My stay was excellent! My absolute favorite hostel in London, everything up to standard, additional thanks to Olha & Lea for all the kindness and help.
