Strategic place near Kensington Garden, big locker which can fit cabin luggage

No elevator so it's a bit of a hike every evening since our room is in 4th floor. Drinkable water is only available in the kitchen located in the basement, so it's very far from our room

Fairly basic but clean and comfortable, good amenities such as the kitchen which comes equipped with basic crockery (eg plates and mugs) and plenty of space to eat and/or socialise. I only stayed 1 night and didn't fancy chatting so kept to myself, but heard lots of people chatting and getting to know each other in the communal spaces

Some of the bathrooms were a tiny bit on the grubby side, but I did check in late so it might have been hours since they were cleaned

Convenient location, close to shops , tube etc.

The stairs, my friend struggled, make it clear how many flights of stairs for the rooms.

My second stay in this hostel. Perfect location meters away from Hyde Park (great for a walk or a run). The rooms are bit small, but there is enough place in the lockers to put your luggage. Breakfast is offered for £ 6.50 and is good for the prize. There are many restaurants and supernarkets in the area, so you can also buy some things and have them at the hostel. I also used the washing machine and dryer, including detergent (£ 11).

Its a hostel, so you are expected to share your room with people who can be a bit loud (snoring for example), or who do not pay much attention to their hygiene. Thats more a thing of dealing with people in general and not somethiing the hostel can really control.

The location was great, near two tube stations and near Hyde Park. Staff was very kind and helpful

Beds were the smallest beds I've encountered in a hostel and were not very comfortable. Toilets were also super small and a bit run down. It's ok for the price.

The window in room 63 has been glued shut by workmen so was like an oven.

The location is amazing, and it is great that the beds have curtains. The staff was super friendly too.

In the last night of the stay, I got bedbugs. Still itching… The place has very little room for hanging out compared to the sheer size of it. There isn’t much space to sit and chill with your friends. Also it is kinda unnecessary that they close the stove in the kitchen in the mornings so you can’t cook your own breakfast. Like that’s just crazy.

The place is based in a great location, the staff are very helpful and friendly.The dining area is nice and bed was comfortable enough for just a few nights.

The communal toilets need more attention and the bedroom had a weird smell, needs more ventilation or probably to change the carpets will help.

There was only 2 showers for 12 people in a dorm

I liked everything, from the location near the famous park to. Especially the young people at the reception, who receive, and are very polite. I'm an American and I came to the hostel because I lost my cards. A young man named Ali accepted, understood, posted? He did everything to make my stay comfortable for 4 days. Special thanks to him and a low bow for his understanding.

The location is unbeatable! It is just a few steps away from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Being so close to the Bayswater tube station made exploring central London incredibly easy.

The dorm rooms can feel a bit crowded, especially with the triple bunk beds, which can be difficult to climb into. The ventilation in the rooms could also be improved as it gets quite warm at night.

I've stayed here a few times and the quality seems to be going down every year. I saw the cleaners every day, but it feels like they're rushing. Too many guests leave everything messy and dirty, so it's impossible to keep clean. Very noisy crowd.
