We loved this hotel! Great decor and sized rooms, super clean, and good amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to two tube stations Piccadilly Circus and Oxford circus. Within short walking distance to restaurants/pubs.

Room was too small and bathroom was inadequate. Shower had no curtain and no tub so water would go everywhere.
The hotel is located beside a nightclub. Nothing before I booked indicated this. Was offered another room, but it was also facing the street. Left for another hotel and a good nights sleep. Will look for a refund, not as advertised as top hotel.
Location - excellent. Room is big, bed is very good with firm mattress and excellent bed linens. Big bathroom. The only what could be better - room lighting, it was kind of dark having almost black wall paint and not enough electricity

Small room. Very little shelf space in the bathroom. Very little light for reading in bed and the bed moved if you tried to sit up and read in bed. Also, a good deal of noise most of the night coming from the street.

The original room that was offeted to us was actually a crash pad which was not suitable for two people, especially for a five night stay. Once we were upgraded to a bigger room, we had agreat time.
The location was great. The room was quite large thanks to the upgrade. They cleaned the room everyday, changed the towels and fill the stuff. There were no noisy guests. If I have a another chance to visit London, i will be here again.
There was no free drink, no tea(even though it was London), no free coffee. And NO THOOTHPASTE & NO THOOTHBRUSH. I've got slippers only on the last day.
