Location is good. The breakfast is decent.

Room is a bit of small

Great location. Nearby subway station, Hyde Park, Kensington Garden.

Tiny room with small bed. The window was broken, so we had to put a chair in beteen to keep it open. There was al lot of mold in the bathroom on the ceiling.

-My room was in the 5th floor, no lift and narrow steps -Free Breakfast was poor -Shower water power was quite poor, but shower gel was.

Very good price at--- for a night. The room was huge and very modern. Lots of towels and extras such as shower gel, teas etc were provided. For being so central it was still very quiet.

Damp under the floorboard but it wasnt too bad and the manager was notified. Quite an early check out time was the only other negative.

Really close to Paddington. Room was small, but met all of our needs.

Staff was super friendly ❤️ Breakfast was delivered to your room with cute basket.I love Paddington as a area. Short way to Hyde Park, station and Oxfordstreet.

Only - was shower. Was hoping more warm water.

The closeness to Paddington train station was superb and very easy. Nice views.

A bit dated, shower was okay, water pressure could have been better, the bathroom looked newly renovated and was clean, bed was uncomfortable. The underground goes right under the hotel so you hear a gentle rattle every 3-4 mins. Breakfast was nothing special. I wouldn’t call it breakfast and I would say that is probably the most disappointing part of the visit.

Amazing location

They say breakfast is included but all we got was sugary drinks and chocolate snacks. They should not call this breakfast.

Very good location. Clean and renovated. Well good - price balanced. I recommend it.

The water in the bathroom wasn’t very good for the shower.

Poor

I couldn't sleep all night because of the train movement under the tunnels; it was very disturbing. It was right under the floor of the room.

I highly recommend it. Great location, close to Paddington Station. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. Clean room, fresh linens and towels, good breakfast – yogurt, sweet rolls, juice. We'll definitely be back.

Breakfast at the room, only some pastry like croissants and croissants with chocolate, some kid bars and yogurt.. all sealed like it was bought from a supermarket and coffee that we were supposed to make on our own.. not att all pleased with this.

What begins with two humble steps from curb to door — enough to alarm the faint-hearted disciples of wheeled luggage — soon ascends into an ever-narrowing staircase, up, up, recalling Tolkien’s Cirith Ungol: the Straight Stairs, the Winding Stairs, while the traveller, burdened with The Precious (or merely a suitcase), presses on. Lo! At the summit, no cobwebbed ruin awaits, but a perfectly serviceable dwelling, warm in spirit if occasionally sparing in hot water — a planetary kindness, no doubt, especially on the fourth floor.Here, one finds an abundance of hooks on every door — for coats, umbrellas, handbags, and the scattered paraphernalia of modern life — a small luxury often absent in grander establishments. Heating works, water runs, and exercise is compulsory, courtesy of the stairs: a daily gym, included, non-optional, and bracing.Breakfast does not herd its guests into a cramped room at dawn. Instead, a punctual tray appears at the door, like a polite knock from Providence itself. Coffee and tea are brewed in one’s own room; yoghurt, juice, and notably beloved chocolate pancakes are thoughtfully provided. What remains uneaten may be packed for the day without buffet-induced guilt.Our family of four, with two grown children, found our request for separate beds honored without fuss. Check-in and check-out were friendly, unceremonious, and humane.Tony’s Guest House offers no lift, no spectacle, and no pretence — only a sincere effort to make its guests comfortable with what it has. Which, it turns out, is quite enough.

Wouldn't stay here again unless...

Room is too small, not mattress protector, bed sheet is too small, shower not cleaned, broken fixtures and fittings and just unkept look and feel.

It was small, but clean and great location. Close to Paddington station. Breakfast included was a basket of pastries, juice and things you could pack to take with you

No elevator! But we were lucky enough to get the ground floor room
