Location

Not as good as it looks. Didn't get the right room. Facilities in the room not as advertised . Staff talking in their own language Infront of English speakers or just ignoring you. No fan, noise from guests can be heard clearly

Great location close to tube lines and shopping. Rooms in the back are quiet. Has kitchenette. Comfy bed, good shower.

I¿ve stayed here before and this room was not up to standard. Broken floor tiles, wobbly faucet, loose bits on floor lots of the particleboard disintegrating, very tiny bathroom sink, not enough kitchen supplies.

The location

Even they advertised 24 hours open, we had to wait for the receptionist to open. When we wanted to do the checkout at 11 nobody was there.The heating didn't work, the mattress was small and old, noisy and they were noisily working on Saturday morning.

It was close to the tube, relatively good location.

They didn't clean the room every day and it definitely didn't look like a 4 star hotel. It just didn't have the comfort of a 4 star hotel.

Close to Hammersmith tube station. Adequate amounts of hot water.

Building had a peculiar smell. Building seemed to me to be a firetrap with narrow staircases and lack of alternative exits.

The staff is friendly but you have to ask for a room "refresh"

The room was not cleaned any day. The towels have not been changed either. The rooms stinks cigarette.

Dirty bed linens. Room was nothing like pictures on internet. Small room. Cramped. Room service Socratic.

this hotel was the worst hotel experience of my life. the rooms they advertise are not the rooms you have in reality, they are dirty, small, no air conditioning , poor light, bathroom are small. this place is not a 4 stars hotel. its a 1 star max

Changed a couple of rooms but found something or the other missing from each. No air conditioning makes summer stay uncomfortable.

kitchen and utensils/dishes. free wifi. close to underground.

they had renovations which was unexpected, no outlet converters (UK vs US), no salt and pepper shakers, they knew we were 5 people but had dishes for 4, the sofa was broken my son fell while turning in his sleep- it split, the room seemed half completed.

the hotel room was really miserable it was not in the building that is on the pictures and the bed was a disaster completely impossible to sleep in we moved after 1 night we tried to get our money back but without luck it has never been a 4 * hotel

The location and the staff. They offered us a better room because the first one they gave us was truly awful. The second room was better but this is definitely not a 4-star hotel! Look at the ratings by other people who have stayed here - Average = 2.8!

This hotel is very run down. The carpets are filthy. There is pealing paint in the bathroom and bedroom ceiling. The floor tiles are cracked. The kitchenette counter is damaged, the sink cabinet is damaged from water, and the beds are old.

The room was clean & the only single staff available was helpful.

The hotel was in no way at all a four star. It lacked amenities & didn't have any of the luxuries a 4 star will have. I was 3 floors up & had 2 large bags & there was no elevator. Actually, it was a bed & breakfast which i will rate a 2 star. Horrible.

Location

This is not a 4* hotel. "Daily" room service involved nothing more than removing rubbish/trash. Most floor tiles in kitchenette/bathroom were cracked, no fan cover, holes in walls not repaired.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Nice to have a mini kitchen in the room as well. Free internet was nice.

There was no room cleaning during the stay and our window was 3 feet away from a sidewalk so if the window was open anyone could see us. Super hot with window closed as well so it was a lose lose.

the location of the hotel is awesome. underground interchange and bus station, convenient to go anywhere, not far from airport, tesco nearby.

The location and they upgraded me to a larger room which was appreciated by me

It is poorly managed and for an Aprthotel the equipment for cooking and cleaning was poor and inadequate. Room supposed to be cleaned (towels changed, soaps and shampoo etc) every 3 days but they only came in on day 5 and I left the next morning.

Everything. Left from the first hour.

The front desk manager is brilliant! He is the reason l will return.
