Staff was excellent, good price and location!

The rooms and building are a little dated and very reduced, The floor of our room was so slanted that the suitcases moved on their own.

Good location Close to Paddington Stations. Friendly staff willing to make sure your stay is good. Can leave luggage after check out in reception Good breakfast selection. Clean Room Well recommend, Would stay again

Closeness to Paddington station. Comfortable beds.

Bathroom was tiny and outdated. One of the windows in the bedroom was single pane and gave off a chilly draft. Couldn't lock room from the inside. Had to fetch and return key whenever going in or out.

Everything was good, except it was boiling at night. We had the window wide open and still was so uncomfortably hot. We turned the radiator down and it didn’t change anything. (Thinking maybe it was broken) Other then that good for price. Staff really friendly.

Good bed, close to Paddington train station.

It was so small, couldn’t fit in the shower and the breakfast floor was sticky. The wifi was non existent.

Good location. Easy for tube and local restaurants and especially Kensington gardens .Ideal location for evening theatre trip .Though we didn’t need or use them a small fridge and microwave a useful addition.

the location was great. Easy access to Paddington. Anyone who stays needs to know there is no elevator -- which is clearly stated in their description. If you need help getting your luggage up, just ask for help. They had water and some snacks in the room when I arrived. A nice touch.

Breakfast was so-so, but enough to get you going in the morning.

The staff were lovely, couldn't help enough. The room was clean and everything was to hand. Warm and comfy.

The room was really small which was ok but no room to get around the bed if you sleep on the window side. No room with a view but location was fabulous.

Everything was perfect. The room was really nice, it had everything we needed and most important thing it was warm thanks to the heating that worked really well. Staff was welcoming and nice. As for the breakfast they provided soy milk for me (because I have an allergy to dairy products) so that I could drink my cappuccino. The position in Paddington was perfect, underground and train station is a couple of minutes from the hotel (5-7) and there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

The room was fine just what we needed and the location was easy to get to.

Getting a mouldy croissant at breakfast can really put you off a place!

Room was nice, cleaned every day, decent beds.. Breakfast was ok, too. Quite close to metro stations (8 min walk)

We have stayed in the room that was probably closest to the reception so at moment a bit noisy, not too bad though

Location to the underground train station (Paddington) staff was very helpful explaining how to get to the train station and where to get on

The small bedroom not much space.

Very good place. I liked the room, small, but enough, confortable. The location is excellent and the staff is great.

Honestly, for what it is, it is a great choice. Nice staff, perfect location for me, both close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station, clean, and surprisingly good breakfast. It’s one of the better economical choices in the area.

My first impression wasn't great. I arrived and rang the bell- no answer. Rang on the phone - no answer. So I left and came back. Someone answered the door and I got in that time. I also don't like that I didn't have a key to get in the front door after I checked in. I had to rely on someone being available to let me in the building. Another thing that didn't leave a good first impression is all the cardboard storage boxes in the tiny reception room. It felt very trashy. I was worried my room would not be good, but it was great.

​I liked the proximity of the location.

​The window was broken and full of significant gaps in the frame, causing a severe draft. It was unacceptably cold to sleep near it—absolutely shameful. The bathroom was minuscule, offering no functional space or counter to put down toiletries or essentials. The breakfast was poor and disappointing.

The room was very comfortable, complementary pastry on arrival, really good breakfast was included and staff were all helpful and friendly. 5 mins walk from Paddington station so very convenient.
