They did no clean the room and door loock didn't work

location is good. close to tube station (5 minutes walk) and River

1. Cleanliness definitely needs a lot of improvement. The room was not clean when we arrived and there was almost no room service. Trash bin was overflowing, and toilet paper was out the last day of our stay. 2. The small room is really small. No space for any furniture except a minitablet and two mini nightstands. I had never seen such a small sink before that water flew to the floor even with face washing.3. This place looks like a mainly restaurant, several rooms (about 7) upstairs were remodeled for hotel rooms. Staff seems very limited. She was mostly taking care of restaurant customers. I had to ask for receipt more than 3 times and waiting for her to give me a paper receipt because it never happened when she said she would email it to me.4. I chose this place because previous good review about breakfast. However, there is really not many choices and multiple things on the menu were not provided as complimentary breakfast.

The kettle in the room was full of limescale, with no nozzle mesh to catch it so when I wanted a tea, I couldn’t make one. The bathroom was fairly clean but the grout lines in the shower and the shower tray itself need a deep clean.

Nice little pub, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Better to stay here than some generic hotel.

This property is pretty amazing. Starting with the staff. Just phenomenal, friendly and accommodating. The location is tip top with the train just a short five minute walk. Perfect for a good night's sleep as its super quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Only issue is that the shower fixtures are not at their best. Also the shower door when we got there was not closing so had to do some maintenance ourselves to fix. Just a minor inconvenience.

great comfort, good food, quiet and authentic atmosphere. Outside central London. Otherwise fairly connected and in proximity to Greenwich offering all youd need.

Room service could be more flexible and come back at end of their cleaning cycle or during breakfast time. At least offering a towel change after 3 days. Those door signs for the door knob saying: "please make up the room" VS "do not disturb" would be a welcomed addition.

Cool location. Quiet. Good breakfast, good portion size. Good access to meals - we had dinner there. Very comfortable beds.

The property was walkable to Greenwich. The room was a little small but the bath was large and updated. It was a clean and we loved that it was in an old pub. We had a great stay.

Very cozy, it felt like I was staying in a neighborhood rather than a hotel.

Unfortunately I was there during thee hottest week and the one fan in the room barely worked. (no AC)

Location! Breakfast was wonderful, staff was so nice, everyone. Tall ceilings. I liked the pub too.

My shower didn't function properly, I had three people up to work on it. It smelled bad and got worse over the week.

Spacious room with bottled water and a selection of tea and coffee available. A window that opens for fresh air. Comfortable bed, enough pillows.Nice and friendly staff.

The shower is on the small side if you're a larger guy.Lightbulbs that were broken.

My daughter and I were amazed at the style, comfort and location. The bed was comfy and the tea/coffee plentiful. Best veggie breakfast I’ve had as a lifelong vegetarian!

Bad

We arrived from Ukraine, checked into a hotel. We had only cash. We paid in cash and went downstairs to have dinner. We also paid for dinner in cash and went up to our room. Since it was late (almost 10 p.m.), I needed to go to the store. I took a small amount of money and left my wallet with all the money and documents in the suitcase in the room. When I returned, I did not check the wallet. On the day of departure, I began to put the remaining things in the suitcase and discovered that the wallet was gone. We looked through everything many times, everything was searched. I went downstairs and told the owner of the hotel. The owner said that I should call the police, she did not help in finding the wallet. I called the consul and she said that she would help. I also called the police and while I called the police, we waited outside. When we came back to the room, the wallet was already in the suitcase upstairs. When we returned to the room, we also met the maid on our floor. If you are going with cash, be prepared to deal with such issues. The room was also poorly cleaned, I will attach a photo. After we left, the police told us that they had found footage from cameras confirming that the wallet had been stolen by the stuff.

Breakfast was outstanding. We usually frequent the pub for drinks/food and the staff are always amazing - no change on this occasion. Bed was comfy, room was large, TV in prime position.

Bathroom layout was slightly small and awkward. Weren't able to turn the shower on without getting fully into it (I didn't want to wash my hair!).

It was very good, actually very quiet location. Excellent for buses and the train station to Canary Wharf and onwards to Waterloo Station. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful.

Even though it was a little bit out of the way in terms of location it is a very quiet area.the room was very clean and we had the best night sleep.the breakfast in the morning was probably one of the best I've had I had an issue with my belt and one of the bar staff helped me punching a hole in it lol would definitely stay here again it was absolutely lovely
