Comfort Inn Victoria

The reception staff was exceptional and the location was great!

Housekeeping left dirty cups and spoons set up like they were clean. They also left an empty pizza box that was clearly garbage.

Room was hot and way overpriced

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The location was convenient.

I was not able to control the temperature and the room was cold. Furthermore, there was a constant loud noise (undetermined what it was) outside our window. Sounded like a zapping noise which made it difficult to sleep.

It was close to a train station (Victoria) and close to the museums.

I was radically disappointed in the breakfast that was available: cereal, toast, boiled eggs, and fruit salad. I've never seen a worse offering from a Comfort Inn. They were also spraying for bugs and I could hear scrabbling in the walls at night.

The location was perfect. Right next to Victoria station. The room was also newly renovated and very clean. It was on the main floor with an operable window for letting in fresh air as well.

The bed was a little small. Rather minor complaint as it was firm yet comfortable.

NO vending machine, NO drinks, NO snacks, NO ice in this hotel,if you want anything the store is a block away NO refrigerater This hotel DOES NOT have a fitness center even though the website says it does,

equipment of rooms is old, beds seems to broke every second. There are no closets/cabinets to put the belongings into. Whole rooms needs to be renewed High price but old rooms/furniture.

Convenient location close to Victoria station. The included breakfast is nice. Internet works well.

Hotel is on a busy street so there is some street noise if you are on the street side.

The location was its only redeeming feature

It was 'clean' only in the most general of definition. Not the worst we've seen but a bit disapointing. The room is tiny, which is to be expected in London unless you're willing to sell your first born to get some space. The bed was just okay.

The room was a bit tiny, but more so it was run down. Under the bed was incredibly dusty.

The front desk staff were kind and accomodating. They have a luggage storage room and were willing to keep our luggage for us after check-out. The hotel's proximity to Victorian Station was very convenient.

I requested a renovated room, hoping to avoid some of the bad experiences customers have had at this hotel recently, but it wasn't very clean--the carpet felt gross to walk on. The breakfast area was always very crowded.

Our room needed redecorating, it was most definitely tired and it lacked a hairdryer, cup and spoons. Though when we did ask they were replaced within a few minutes.

Great location next to Victoria Train Station

They are renovating the hotel, which made for a bit of an inconvenience, however the new rooms are much nicer.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. They let you store your luggage if you arrive early. The location was excellent. A block or 2 from Victoria Station.

The bed was super uncomfortable.

Window does not open more than the size of an iphone. There is some pump outside that makes annoying noise. Shower water wells up (no proper drainage), staff seem to be aware.

Staff was lovely. Breakfast was very good.

Ants in the carpet and bed. Bathroom door handle about to fall off. Room definitely overpriced.

The location was great and the staff was very helpful.

We stayed in room 111 and it was by far the grossest hotel room I¿ve ever stayed in. It smelled like sewer gas, was hot and dirty (both mold and dust), and the beds were so uncomfortable w no top sheet. Breakfast was disappointing.

Close to Victoria Station. 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. 20 minute walk to Parliament. Great location. Pleasant staff Good breakfast Wifi

staff was cordial and knowledgeable; easy walking distance to Tube

Tiny room; no Drawers to unpack into, so we have to stare at our underwear on a shelf; could not get toilet to flush, so I got in the habit of filling the wastebasket with water and flushing THAT way

The breakfast is excellent.

It is small, cramped, it smelled strange, and it was a little dark/dreary in the room.
