The in-room safe was poorly positioned in a small cupboard on the floor. To open and close the safe I had to lie on the floor so I could see and reach the keypad. In addition the bed was positioned against the wall so the person sleeping in that side had to crawl across the bed (or their sleeping companion) to get in and out of the bed.

Great location! Just a walk away from Little Venice. Staff was very friendly and responsive.

The rooms here are not designed for a family. Very cramped quarters and inefficient layout. Perfectly fine for a person traveling on their own for business and maybe for a younger couple. I had to crawl over the bed to get to my side which felt ridiculous for the price we paid. Also lots of tech features that felt pretentious and didn’t work well.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was great, warm, and had everything we needed in it.

The common use restrooms were not very clean. Maybe a little music at the bar area.

Location is very good near to undergrad just one train to go Oxford road and we can walk to Hyde park, near to Adware RD. A lot of Halal food and shisha. The food was clean small kitchen have all you need and water kettle toaster and coffee maker which is great. The space of the room really good. Enough towels good air condition and great blackout

We liked the location, the kitchette and the hand lotions. It was mostly quiet - occasional children crying from another room nearby. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with checking in and checking out.

It would have been nice to have a gym

The check-in was super smooth. The staff were exceptionally lovely and supportive. Rooms were super high-end and clean

The gym was highly disappointing. The single weights were too light and didn't fit my exercise. It could use more machines and free weights for weightlifting. If I were to travel to London again, I'm not sure I would come again to Wilde just because of that. Besides that, it's a perfect hotel.

The location is fantastic!

The hotel quality continues to deteriorate! I stayed here over 4 times before. The hotel used to offer water and crisps/ chocolate. This does not exist anymore unless you pay extra! No basics, no slippers, the refillable soap/ bodywash was empty for the whole week I stayed.

No hot water during our stay. And when we reported it, all we got for an answer was a "yeaaaah, we know". No compensation, barely any apology. So we had to shower with cold water. The hotel itself wasn't bad, but because of this incident, the experience felt closer to a hostel, at a premium price. Things happen, I get it, but when it does, I expect a little more than "tough luck" for an answer

Location was excellent, within walking distance to Paddington or plain walking distance to the more adventurous. I also managed to find a very convenient route over to Hyde Park and so got in several morning runs during my stay. Hyde Park is a must for a run, walk, bike, stroll, or whatever! The room, though small, was very clean and had every convenience needed for my stay. Also, I had no issues with adjacent room noise. Staff in the lobby and cleaning people I passed each day all were courteous and professional.

I had the smallest studio accommodation. Whilst it was a nice apartment/flat I did move the furniture slightly during my stay to make up for the fact that there is no sofa to sit on to watch TV. I moved the small table and chairs over to the other wall so I could watch TV from those chairs. I think it is "not right" to expect someone to watch the TV sitting on the bed 100% of the time. Also, I think there is room for a small comfy chair/sofa there for that exact purpose. But, basically that's my only complaint.

The designs of the lobby and the room are modern.It has a great view from higher floors. The double bed is quite comfortable. Overall it’s clean .Easy check in process .

Don’t have dustbin in the room, only have 1 in the toilet which is very inconvenience .The shower temperature is not stable, whenever we adjusted it perfectly, the shower water sometimes will gets colder by itself .Next, the basin ( as I attached in the photo here) is too small, which makes it easy to get wet around. The heating does not work well, still quite cold for us. We feel that this hotel is quite high grade , so we expect the coffee and tea in the lobby is complimentary for all guests, unfortunately it’s not. Replying to hotel : We actually have asked twice with 2 different staffs in the lobby regarding whether is the coffee free for all guests, both of them told us that we have to pay for the coffee , so they mean for the coffee machine only right, but they didnt tell us the tea bags are complimentary. At least they should tell us the coffee for coffee machine needs payment but tea bag is complimentary. We thought that all of them needs payment.

They not provide free house keeping unless you book 7+ days.I booked 6 days and the they ask me to pay 120 Pound for each day of cleaning !!

really loved the kitchen – I think it was our favorite part. near Paddington Station which was also a plus.

understaffed in the morning. our ordered breakfast did not arrive, and there was only one person to tend to people in the breakfast area, to respond to others, etc.

The location is perfect near train underground buses restaurants shops everything is within walking distance

The cleaning service is once every 6 days otherwise with extra charge

The studio was sufficient and comfortable for one person. Everything was working well. I did need some additional stuffs and staff were polite and helpful. The cleaning g staff was great and did a nice job clearing cleaning up for me. Great experience! Kitchen was well equipped and great shower pressure.

The hotel is modern and impeccable and located by the old canal wharfs which have become a lovely and very popular spot. It is close to Paddington and several Underground lines, and also has excellent bus connections into town. Little Venice is very close by. Unfortunately I was not in London with enough time to take advantage of any of those opportunities.

If you are handy with digital tools for check-in and such, you'll be fine, but if not, you will definitely need the help of the staff, as there is nothing like a traditional front desk.
