    Pros +

    • Location and friendly and helpful staff.
    • Very good location, nice staff, clean and well equipped apartments. Only bed could be bit bigger size.
    • Location, staffed 24/7, and friendly personnel.

    Cons -

    • Clothes dryer seemed to need service and common area dryer was busy.
    • Cleaning could be better, our white socks darken when we use to walk in the room. And when I wiped the floor with paper towel it turns black. There's quite a bit of dust on the window sill. Our room's window faces office's building window and we can see inside their window so I'm pretty sure they can see ours if we don't keep our windows closed. Wall is thin, we could hear conversation sound of our neighboring room.
    • We reserved a suite for two nights. Upon awakening after the first night, my daughter and I discovered we had multiple bite marks. We followed the directive of the dismissive man at reception and consulted a local pharmacist, who confirmed our suspicion that bed bugs were the likely cause. Only after we had made alternative arrangements at significant expense did the staff even suggest relocating us within Lincoln Suites. Subsequently, this place gave the impression that we had simply failed to check in for our second, prepaid night. One month on, we have no refund, no compensation and no apology from Lincoln Suites and no support from Booking.com.

I appreciated the excellent condition of the room, quietness, professional and helpful 24hr desk staff! Also, well appointed with coffee, tea, bath supplies.

Clothes dryer seemed to need service and common area dryer was busy.

The location is great, close to restaurants, British Museum, Holborn tube, West End, Chinatown. Everything we need is within 10-15 minutes walk. I do appreciate the washer/dryer combo inside the room, it's very convenient. Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful.

The location, the laundry facility and the first, female receptionist.

Location was decent. Just a short walk to get anywhere. Close to the tube as well

The bathroom always stayed cold Room was small. TV was way too low so we couldn’t watch it. Would not stay here again. Over priced for what you get.

The location is excellent, very close to Covent Garden and other attractions. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The rooms are suitable for families, with a kitchen and all the amenities you need..

It was a great location. We could walk or take a quick tube trip to anywhere in London. If you like walking around - we were able to walk to St Paul's area, Tower of London, Globe Theatre and Covent Garden is just a few blocks away. Holborn station and Temple station were close. Plenty of Pubs, coffee shops and a grocery store nearby. We arrived about 6 hours before check-in and they let us store our bags there until 4pm so we could walk around the city. The Apartment was a good size - it was great having the option of a kitchen. It had a stove top, oven and a refrigerator. The shower was really nice as well.

    No negative things to say.

    Great location, and friendly staff.

During our stay we were not able to adjust the ac, but opening the windows did help with keeping the room cool. Open shower always got the water everywhere. And a repairman was sent to our room to fix the lights during our stay, that we were not informed of.

Good space, comfy bed, and great location! Loved that we were accessible to a lot but off the path of a lot of noise! Great for our quick trip.

Well located and room size is comfortable

While I had window view it was just of the room/hallway on the other side. So I kept the window blinds closed for my stay. I don’t agree that you can charge the same amount as rooms with a view on the street. I was charged for earlier checkin by two hours, which I think the staff could have just allowed me to do so with no charge. Especially as I am 7.5 months pregnant and was a solo traveler. It’s a point of difference compared to other hotel brands.

Great location. Easy access to two tube stations and close to theatre district and several restaurants

No plug for curing iron in bathroom. Only one other mirror and it was in the kitchen. It would have been better in the hallway or bedroom. Also sofa was not comfortable

Location excellent and the mini kitchen facility a plus. Staff professional and helpful. Suites very clean

Received a Handicap Room instead of the booked Superior Kingsway Studio. Room much smaller & shower in bath room no curtain to cover entire rod and extra slippery floor when wet. Big difference in rate too.

Location and the people and the room

    9WilliamsonPosted on: 9-16-2025

The staff was really helpful and allowed us to safely store our luggage so we could wander around the city until it was time to check in. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities like a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe, etc. The heated towel rack was a nice addition. We even had a small kitchen with enough pots, pans, and dishes to make a small meal. The main selling point and reason we loved this hotel was the location, location, LOCATION! It is central to just about everything. We thought we would be taking the tube or taxis everywhere, but we ended up walking the entire time. Everything we wanted to see and do was within a 1-2 mile walk - Tower Bridge, Barbican Theatre, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, etc. (The whole city felt safe for walking once you figure out which direction to look when crossing the streets.) Covent Gardens and the West End with all the great theatre was literally right around the corner. If we're ever able to make it back to London, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you, Lincoln Suites, for a lovely stay.

I wish there was a fan in the bathroom and that the heating/ a/c controls were a bit more effective. (We were a little warm in the room at night.) An electrical socket near a mirror would have been helpful for getting ready.

The location was great but that’s where it ends. The room was okay nothing special. What irks me the most was the service/staff/management. I initially requested an early check-in since their check in is at 4pm (I know this tends to be not guaranteed and I was okay with it) I was quoted a fee (£25 per hour before 12:30pm and £15/hr after 12:30pm). When we arrived at the hotel, I was told it was fixed £50 fee at 12:30pm - I said no. It was around 10am when we arrived, we decided to roam around but jet lag got the best of us and so I sent them a message at noon asking if I can avail the early check-in at 12:30pm, they confirmed it’s possible and I said let’s do it. We got back at the hotel close to 1pm and the lady told me the room wasnt prepared yet since I haven’t paid the freaking £50 - I was livid inside since I could’ve easily paid this when we get there and this was not communicated that they are holding off cleaning the room until I pay for the additional fee. It was moronic. Mind you we were dying at this time and the room was not handed to us until close to 2pm. This was not all, issues with hair dryer not working. When I asked the lady at the front desk for a spare, she handed me a damaged one that wasn’t heating up. On top of this when we asked for towel change, we were only given a towel change for 1 person. Way too many issues - I wouldn’t recommend staying here. For almost $400/night - this was a waste of money!

The room also smelled. Whenever a neighboring room cooks you can smell it in your room. Ventilation non existent
