    Pros +

    • Amazing property. Stayed numerous times and we love it
    • Fabulous rooms. The townhouses are incredible. Iconic location for music (and guitar) nuts
    • We recently stayed at the hotel as a family and had a really great experience overall. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was very well organized. We truly enjoyed our stay.

    Cons -

    • Just after midnight when we were asleep we had a knock on the door. Then a louder knock followed by a telephone call for room service with food we don’t order! We had been in bed since 10pm so didn’t appreciate the wake up!
    • Breakfast is a little disappointing but it’s ideally located to find a great breakfast in Soho
    • One small note: some of the artwork and in-room movie selection felt more adult-oriented. While we understand this may be part of the hotel's aesthetic, it created a slightly uncomfortable moment as we were traveling with children. It suggested the hotel is perhaps geared more toward adults, which might be helpful to communicate more clearly in your positioning. This wasn't a major concern for us, but it's something families might appreciate knowing beforehand.

The comfortable bed, the breakfast room, the staff.

The coffee machine. Unusual lighting system.

    Cool decor and location

Have stayed here a few times and really liked the decor and cool vibe. Last stay was incredibly disappointing and I think this comes down to poor / absent management:1. We had a spurious WhatsApp message from the hotel the day before check in requesting CC details to speed the process the following day - mentioned our dissatisfaction with this when we checked in and were told ‘yes we were aware of someone hacking our details’. No communication on this from the hotel, no warnings or information whatsoever. This led to a £4,666 fraudulent charge which we are in dispute over. The fact the hotel were so dismissive of this data breach is concerning and questionable.2. There were two fire alarms on the Friday night - guests came out of their rooms into the hallway. The alarm was silenced and we were returned. Alarm sounded again and we were all wondering is this real or not. No action or communication came from staff to confirm false alarm or follow any form of fire drill which again is highly questionable and frankly dangerous.

Location was perfect, a little secret road just behind Tottenham court

dont take breakfast here..they only serve breakfast from 830 to 1030, so if you come to London for work, its useless.breakfast is also not a 'real breakfast', just some old croissants and coffee and teathe restaurant area is a pub few minutes walking, by itself the atmosphere in the pub is good, but this is not what you would expect from a hotel in this price categoryalso the room was considerably smaller than it appeared on the photos, it does nowhere have any castle voice, its just a modern building with mini hotel rooms, no lobby whatsoever, just a pub some distance away where you can sit when its openAnd as a last surprise, few days after my stay, the hotel charged an unexpected amount to my creditcard without consent. After requesting what this was for, they mentioned it was a voluntary 'service charge', which they felt the staff was allowed to charge to my card without consent. I dont necesarry disagree with 'service charges' but they must be initiated by me, at moment of checkout, and not randomly charged to my card without consent.I call this 'theft' Stay away from this hotel

Loved the hotel, the location is excellent and the theme and vibe were great. Our room was very well stocked with everything and really comfortable luxurious bed. The hotel Bar across the road served excellent Cocktails and Sushi too, just note to book a table if you want to call in on a weekend evening.

    Nothing, it was all great.

No milk provided in the room for hot beverages

Cool and stylish decor and ambience, amazing staff - very friendly and welcoming.

We couldn't find a kettle for a cup of tea - only a coffee maker.

    Good

Too dark, light system infuriating - got party lights, got day lights, got relax lights - why can’t I just have see what I’m actually doing lights, or even just have the bedside lights on without all the random spot lights. Bed on a slope, so unconcealed. Too many lights on the gadgets interrupting the darkness in the room (ok the party lights panel, air con panel, door panel etc etc

The two bedroom loft house apartment was brilliant and fantastic views of the London skyline particularly pertinent for New Year’s Eve

    Absolutely nothing

Amazing history, well designed, butlers service is the necessary icing, location ideal

I would strongly recommend staying well on top of the maintenance, both inside the units and common areas

    7AndreaPosted on: 12-31-2025

    Central location

More like an air BnB than a hotel as room was on not in main hotel.

Wonderfully quirky. Lovely friendly staff (our Butler Luca was the best) Amazing location

Aircon/heating was not working and could not be fixed during our stay so it was ridiculously hot. Luckily the windows could actually be slightly opened (that made it noisy but in fairness it added to the atmosphere of being in central london

    Comfortable bed

No water No kettle No fresh milk Very dark

    7BilliePosted on: 12-18-2025

    Extremely clean room.Very central location

Staff didn’t even look up or say hello or welcome when we walked in to check in. No conversation was made with us as we were taken to room.No kettle/ milk/ bottled water No attempt of making my boyfriend’s birthday trip feel special, simply no acknowledgment.

Alternative interior. Central location. Close to public transport.

Temperature in hallway was very warm and stuffy. Same in bedroom upon arrival. Pub just below bedroom window with patrons creating a lot of noise through the night.

Chateau Denmark London is an absolute gem. We stayed in one of the apartments and loved every minute of it. The aesthetics are pure rockstar - bold, stylish, and full of character - while still feeling thoughtfully designed and impeccably clean. It is a fantastic, fun place to stay, right in the heart of London, with an excellent location for exploring the city. We enjoyed it so much that we are already booking again for Valentine’s Day. Highly recommended.

Whilst love the mood lighting, one brighter light would have been helpful when working.
