Pros +
- I loved the size of my room!
- Location
- The staff was amazingly friendly and when they heard that my son my mum and me had a bet going on about whether the room is ready or not and the looser had to pay for ice cream we got a complementary one. The room had everything needed… most comfortable bed and pillows ever and the view from 12th floor was just wow. There was a dishwasher, big fridge with ice shelf and branded dishes and cutlery. The shower was spacious and clean as was the whole room when we arrived. There was a capsule coffee machine and tea beats as well as milk in the fridge.Location was good: calm and close to brick lane and Spitalfields and underground and busses run nearby.A Tesco supermarket is also not too far away.
Cons -
- If we can’t have the room cleaned everyday, it’d be nice to be left with cleaning supplies. Like a broom, window cleaner, etc.
- Staff ! No hot water second last day Last night there was a flood right above my family's apartment. The whole building was evacuated. The fire exit was actually locked. No staff onsite for well over an hour and even when they did show up they were clueless. Fire firefighters were left to manage the crowd and deal with the emergency. My family couldn't stay in the apartment that night and couldn't access the room because the staff had 'no key' the person who has the key wouldn't t be in until morning despite my partner's blood pressure medicine being locked inside the room. Next morning all the stuff was soaking in the room and we had to travel back with soaking wet clothes and shoes. They sent a generic email and a refund of one night ! Still yet to receive any response from management as to my complaint of how the whole situation was managed and the blatant lack of safety by this hotel and staff.
- That the Windows couldn’t be opened and the AC was sort of always running was a bit irritating but once could get used to this.A bit more storage room for the clothes would have been great but there were some drawers and hangers and we managed to live out of the suitcases.

It was cute and updated.
Rooms and space to small and condensed
There was no restaurant and we didn’t care to pay $20 for a buffet everyday on top of everything else…
The location was interesting…
We got moved to Wilde Liverpool Street due to maintenance, but it was all handled smoothly and fantastic location. Very clean room, with good amenities. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay at Wilde accommodation again.
Nice hotel
Stated had parking even for a fee but they don’t. Only reason I booked as I had a car
Staff were lovely and helpful. We went to drop off the bags off before exploring London, and our room was ready so we were able to check in early. Room smelt really clean, and was prepared nicely. Kitchen facilities were really nice, and allowed us to make breakfast and have a snack before bed.
Room was a little cramped with the sofa bed in use, but only to be expected.
Staff was very helpful, polite and welcoming. Really great location and interior design.
Everything was pretty clean, but the room could have used just a bit more dusting and vacuum cleaning. Nothing outrageous though.
The location was AMAZING for getting around. Liverpool station is right there and there are also food places that are very easy to get to in the area. The size of the room was perfect and those blackout curtains! I had to force myself to get up some days. The staff was also very attentive and helpful when I needed them. I LOVED the mirror in the elevator. It gives an added touch that is unexplainable, especially for last minute touch ups/glances if needed.
The air in the room could have been better for warmth. The bathroom didn't have any heat from what I noticed and the heat in the room wasn't always the greatest. I liked the towel warmer rack which helped a bit with heating up the towel to combat the cold coming out the shower. I also had some trouble with the laundry system and had to download an app I did not want to just to get it done.
Good quality breakfast, quiet room, cool gym
This was a great apartment/hotel. The room was modern and very functional and comfortable. The hotel had a guest laundry which I didn't use, but if staying longer I would have. There was also a well equiped kitchen. The staff were helpful and obliging. There was a bus outside the door and Aldgate Station was a 5 minute walk. Brick Lane was also close by for restaurants and the great markets.
While this is more of a self catering sort of accommodation housekeeping, such as topping up soap etc could have been better. I had to ask a couple of times.
We loved to stay here! We were 3 adults with a baby, and the space was perfect. We loved how thoughtful the staff was for our baby - we found toys/wipes/diapers in the room. It was clean and having a kitchen was super practical. The view was lovely. It was also well-located - were able to walk 20min to the Tower Bridge. The staff was helpful. We 100% recommend!
Nothing :)
The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the city. The bed was big enough and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and okay. The location is great enough to have access to good areas of central London.
Nothing complimentary in the room on our arrival, except 2-3 tea bags, not even a bottle of water, no biscuits, etc. There was no telephone in the room to contact the lobby easily. The microwave wasn't working, and its door couldn't be opened. The TV remote seemed to be partially out of battery. The body wash liquid had an unpleasant smell.
I loved the location between two underground stations and that it was well decorated.
The linens and the breakfast. The linens were rough both towel and bedding. The breakfast is just ok. It’s not really worth the price for what you are offered but the convenience is nice.
Inside hotel
Far from most things esp with traffic and terrible neighborhoods
Friendly staff, clean and good access to transportation.
The location is not near the places where we went so we caught up in the traffic especially in the tower bridge area most of the time. We spent so much on Uber because the nearest train stations to the hotel takes 15-20 minutes walk and considering my age and health condition it has been difficult.
I was expecting that the size of the room is bigger because 3 persons in the room was a little bit too tight and the bathroom is also small.
Clean spacious rooms with good amenities.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and no bedding for it was left in the room. There was a duvet under the bed with no cover on it. I was too tired to go back to reception to ask and when I got back to the apartment there was no one on reception anyway.
Location was great for us, walking distance to Spitalfields, Brick Lane and easy tube access.Lee and Abir on reception team were brilliant , very helpful and welcoming
Floor in main Lounge and bedroom weren’t very clean.
