The location and lobby are wonderful.

The room was very small and awkwardly laid out. Bare walls - depressing. Nowhere to sit and eat. Shower door didn't close, and nowhere to put the shower mat down. Barely anywhere to unpack. Very disappointing, for the proce and star level.

The location is a nice neighborhood and the staff are friendly, reception area is pretty, the bathroom was nice

The noise from the train stops at 12 and starts at 6am which kept me awake. The noise cancelling machine didn't work. Also my room was nowhere near as nice as my colleagues or as the pic, and the sheets were the cheap ones so not that cosy. I think room 302 needs some love. Also the fact breakfast is in a little cafe down the road was strange and I think it should be more obvious that is the breakfast option when you buy as I would have probably skipped buying breakfast and got it somewhere else. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I felt quite tricked by the pics and the nice graphics for this hotel. Maybe if I had had my colleagues room I wouldn't have felt so bad about it.

When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in all fine, then we got to our room and was very very dissapointed in the size, as it was not the room in the pictures I booked, after speaking with staff we managed to get moved into a better room with a little bit more space, however the tv didn’t work there was no amenities, such as toilet roll, soap anything, we complained again to the staff and they further moved us into the room we stayed in, all in to say this wasn’t the best experience, my girlfriend came down from Leeds and we were thoroughly dissapointed after looking forward to a nice weekend away.

I stayed at Bob W Hyde Park last minute after my flight got cancelled, and honestly it couldn’t have been easier. The online check-in was super smooth, with all the details sent straight to my email. I sorted everything out on the way and just walked right into the apartment — so convenient.The apartment was really comfortable. I fell asleep almost instantly, and even though I had to wake up super early, I still felt well rested. The team was super quick to respond, really supportive, and very friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Bad

Tried to fool me and to accommodate me at lower class and 30% smaller room because they overbooked my room class. Refused to refund. I have opened a dispute.

I’m usually pretty picky with hotels, but Bob W Hyde Park really surprised me. It doesn’t feel like a cold, corporate hotel at all—it feels more like staying in a very cool, stylish friend's apartment.The first thing I noticed was how peaceful the street is. You're literally minutes away from the hustle of Paddington and the park. It’s actually quiet enough to get a decent sleep (which is rare for London!). I felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood, even later in the evening.The room itself was beautiful, tons of natural light and everything felt fresh and genuinely clean. Even the bathroom and shower felt high-end, which isn't always the case in older London buildings. I also loved that I could just use my phone as a key—no standing around at a front desk after a long flight, which was a total lifesaver. I loved it! One of the best things was having a proper espresso machine and a selection of tea right in the room. There’s nothing better than waking up and having a good coffee in a beautiful room before heading out. Plus, the WiFi was actually fast enough to get some work done, which I really appreciated.The building also has a cafeteria/common area which is really handy, and they have a secure luggage room. This was a total win for me—I arrived way before check-in and was able to just drop my bags and head straight to Hyde Park (which is just a short walk away) without lugging my suitcase around.What I liked most was the "vibe." Walking out the door and being in such a pretty part of town made me feel like I actually lived there for a few days rather than just bei

Lovely fresh product. Super easy seamless Bob W booking and check-in process. The property is clean and fresh, and the team were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and attractions in the local area. Excellent location close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station.

Room was a tad small for the amount of luggage we had.

Excellent location, clean rooms, staff always around and very helpful. We had trouble with the check in codes due to a server shutdown, but the staff responded to email fast & helped us out!

Beds quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep in, but if you enjoy hard mattresses you might disagree. The rooms weren't cleaned daily, so you had to restock your own toilet paper & coffee from the lobby.

Great location, ten-minute walk from the nearest tube station and a five-minute walk into the park. Some lovely coffee shops close by.

The lack of a well trained team running the hotel was disappointing. The online check-in process was tedious and the lack of communication from the hotel was poor. I couldn't access the instructions in my room to operate the fan system (the QR code led me to a request for access to the Google Drive, which I never received) and I had to turn sideways to get into the shower because the door opening was so small.

I always book this hotel when I go to London. It's in a nice Borough, close by the centre, Hyde Park and Notting hill. The room are confortable and you are free to enter with a code at any time. A cup of tea or a coffee are available in the room.

I should have require a change of towels after 2 days, but I didn't... my fault, because using the app I could have done.

Small room

The location was perfect, easy walk from Paddington station with Queensway and Bayswater close by. After reading reviews we decided to pay the little extra for a king room and were pleased with the size. The bed was comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was great to dry towels. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and no need to worry about losing keys. Also great to be able to drop bags before check-in time

Unfortunately the room was not as depicted in photos on the website and booking.com, and the fixtures were a bit tired. The USB ports didn't work, nor did the heated towel rail in the bathroom. We tried to report via Sonder app but it didn't work.

Good location

Couldn't get into my room on arrival. Had to go down to front desk with my luggage, i had been assigned another room but nobody had emailed this to me. Got in the room and no towels so had to go back down again to get some. During my two night stay nobody cleaned my room / replenished supplies. Shower was freezing cold, not what you need in November. Avoid this hotel. I'll be expecting a partial refund.

The location was great - close to Paddington and Queensway station. Even though it was central, he neighborhood was quiet and perfect to disconnect from all of the crowds. The beds, pillow and comforters were amazing - best I have ever had in a hotel. The room was very clean as well. And overall the staff was helpful.

The water pressure was very low and the water was not warm enough.Unfortunately, the worst part was the check-in. The agent at the front desk seemed annoyed we were checking in and interrupting the series was watching on her tablet. We arrived really early and needed a place to store our luggage. The lockers were full and she had to help us. She ended up giving us a broken locker. When we went back to pick up our luggage, one of her colleagues was surprised she had let us store our bags in a broken locker - she mentioned we were lucky to even get our stuff out.
