Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Euston

Location was great just a short walk from Euston and King’s Cross. Value for money was phenomenal. Clean modern and pleasant staff

We liked everything. The room was small. But for what we paid that is not a negative thing I don’t mind sacrificing room space for a more affordable stay.

Amazing staff and hospitality, small but clean and comfortable room. The lounge area make up for the small room with complementary tea and coffee, comfortable booths to work in. Breakfast was good enough.

Convenient location, free coffee, cleanliness was good

Size of room, had to climb up the bed to get in it. Had to open the small suitcase I had on the floor (no space or stand). This needed to be stood up each time I needed to get to the bathroom. This would make me question whether other guests put their suitcases on the bed. Small is an understatement. However for a short quick stay this is good.

The location is perfect, clean, whilst small the room was comfortable and a decent shower. 24 hour coffee and tea provided by staff in reception.

TV wasn’t able to cast to the TV.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to Euston Station and King Cross. Rooms are very clean, modern and practical with very comfortable beds and good TV's. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Can't wait to stay here again.

Very small room, just space for one bed, but we didn't go to sleep all day. Well equipped room and bathroom. Was very happy about hair dryer, shower equipment. Air conditioning with heating option available. There is a bar next to the reception where you can meet friends.It was very quiet during our stay. Would like to return again.

Location was good and staff were helpful checking in

Room had little storage and was very claustrophobic. Not ideal for more than one person, staff entered room when we declined housekeeping. Window did not open so lack of fresh air in a tight space felt stuffy at times.

The cleanliness of the hotel & the location for the Euston Stations made it easy to use for our stay. We would stay here again.

It has a very good location just across University of London (UCL), and is very close to Russell Square and underground. Also location is very close to Euston station.

Small rooms, bathroom and no tea or coffee facility in the hotel. If the price is good enough for the rooms, I will hush and leave.

Staff were absolutely fantastic

Booking issues and having to be moved room due to a safety issue. Additionally the breakfast requires improvement

The fit out of this hotel is cheap and nasty. Sound travels through walls and adjoining walls. There is nowhere to sit or put anything in the room, you have to climb over the bed to close the blinds, the washhand basins are stupid! A worse experience than the travel lodge.

Its location was perfect for what we wanted. Close to station and fly walking.

The bed is pushed to the wall because the rooms are tiny so you had to climb over each other for the loo. There was pubic and head hair in the bed - I’d expect better from a lower grade hotel nevermind a central London pricey one. No kettle or brew facilities in the room. You could go down and get free cuppa but I’d like to have made on in my pyjamas to start the day.

Good location first room was absolutley tiny but after changing the room was alot better

The manager Ernesto upgraded our room because my husband is on crutches, so he gave us a bigger room with an accessible bathroom

Sewer smell in the bathroom and freezing draft coming from outside due to the poorly insulated window
