Lancaster Hall Hotel

Great location, near Hyde Park.Delicious breakfast and nice service.

the room was freezing cold since central heating is turned off. The first night we had 16 celsius in the room, we could switch on the heater mode on the AC Heating device, but it took four hours to warm up to 20 degrees.The following nights it was ok.

Staff were the friendliest I’ve seen in a long time !! And looked like they really loved jobs. Location amazing - walking distance from 2 tubes and in zone 1. Really comfy beds. Amazing breakfast

Excellent location, between Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate tube station. Very nice and helpful reception staff. Daily room cleaning, refilling of water, milk, tea and coffee.

Noise between rooms was high. Very loud sounds from closing of doors of neighboring rooms. Check in and out process was unnecessarily cumbersome

Excellent breakfast: English and continental. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location (bus stop/ underground). I will surely stay in this hotel if I visit London next time.

Breakfast was very good. One of our rooms was upgraded which was nice.

We used the hotel's car parking facilities which they were aware of before our arrival and on the day as my aunt was already at the hotel and had spoken to them in the morning about the possibility of reserving the space and at no time did anyone mention the restrictions about driving down the road at particular times of day and we ended up with an enforcement notice and a fine which could well have been avoided if we had been informed.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but absolutely outside there was a nice shop with cheap prices to eat breakfast take coffee or cake!!! The receptionist were excellent very helpful with the movements. The hotel is near to the shops by foot, or to british museum by tube or to madame tussauds museum by foot or tube. It was very clean d tidyhot water warm room. I liked it alot!!! With a cattle with cofeee with buismits and offered water!!! It's not that you can't buy you don't think sometimes and it's nice somebody alse to offer to you@! In the craven street there's also a small shop with the cheapest souve it's to buy!!! I hope you enjoy joy!!! We had a great time!!!!

- Clean and well-run hotel.- Got a reasonably good deal by paying upfront on Booking.- Helpful staff.- Breakfast was good value.

- No complaints, the heating system in the room worked well.

Fantastic 3 star hotel. Great staff, very fast check in. The room, though on the small side, are very efficient and comfortable. They have a Lavazza coffee machine on the room, water and cookies that refill each day. Super nice detail. In the reception you can buy food and drinks so good organize. Location is 4 blocks from Paddington. The wifi was fast.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded on arrival. The location is perfect for closeness to Paddington and attractions. Very convenient to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel when we checked out.

Only one soap dispenser which was in the shower.

The only area for improvement is the breakfast selection. As a non-pork eater, I found the protein options very limited. It would be great to see chicken sausages or beef cold cuts added to the menu to accommodate more dietary preferences.
