The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. Special kudos to one of the servers in the hotel restaurant, who went out of her way to make sure I had a good breakfast each morning.

We were a bit apprehensive about using the hotel during the refurbishment programme but we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the care, professionalism and hospitality organised in such away to make our stay very comfortable. The room we stayed in was a newly refurbished one and definitely a step up from the old ones

Central location in Camden town. Great view over Camden Lock and market. Excellent breakfast. Immaculate room recently renovated.

Air conditioning didn't seem to work. Set it for 26 degrees yet it wasn't putting out any heat. A bit expensive, I paid £216 for a single room b&b.

The hotel has clearly been recently refurbished and it was like we stayed in a brand new room. There was generous space in the room for a London chain hotel. The location, overlooking Camden lock was excellent and very convenient for London Roundhouse. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive.

Brilliant location, staff are always super friendly, we stayed in one of the newly decorated rooms which was tastefully done with lovely comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water for the shower and generous coffee/tea/milk provisions.

Hotel was in the centre of Camden, a 5 minute walk to the underground. The room was excellent and cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was well stocked and fresh.

On the second day the breakfast hot buffet was changed to a-la-carte with no notice. Although the hotel made us aware of works in progress, our view from the room consisted of scafolding. The light switches were random. One light switch at the door played havock with the rest of the room lighting. It was like a russian roullete.

The toilet broke down (blocked) in our room. But we were moved to another room.

Bar wasn't really a bar just the same room for breakfast limited selection, just a table with some mini fridges but staff was exceptional tried best on what stock they had
