Grange Beauchamp Hotel

Great location. Easy access to public transportation. You can walk to many museums and shopping places within 15 minutes.

The air conditioner keeps giving us issues, noises and dripping water for the vents.

My friends had beautiful rooms. The location was ok. Staff was friendly Bed was comfortable and that is a big bonus.

They charged me a deposit and never refunded it. Their room with two queen beds is in the basement. I felt like I was in the dungeon. They could have disclosed that it was on floor -0 This is NOT ok! I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Close to transit and museums. Nice breakfast.

The room was a little smaller than expected but was lovely and clean and comfortable for what we needed. Located in a nice quiet location but not far from the theatres we had booked to go to. Would definitely book Grange hotels again.

This did not feel like a 4 star hotel, e.g. the toilet paper was barely 2 ply, the bathroom was worn (paint cracking on the door). I hardly got any sleep that night due to constant banging (like furniture being moved as well as a constant stampede).

HVAC system was turned off when we arrived, hadto get someone to turn it on.Never worked properly. Bathroom floor and tub were very slippery when wet. Supposedly rubber non slip bath matts were available, but staff was unable to find any

I had a room on the LG level: not the quietest room I've ever had and not a very pleasant view from the window.

Well located, polite staff, clean room, good value for the price point.

The shower was a bit treacherous, they should probably provide non-slip mats for each room rather than having them as an optional item.

Very upscale and great location near underground subways. Mostly nice staff who were for the most part very friendly and accomodating

the room was a bit small and the restaurant dinner food was below par. Breakfast was too expensive to try as there were nice places to eat nearby like patisserie valentine near holborn tube or pret manger near russell square tube.

When we first checked in, the staff member we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. When I complained about the Internet, the staff member who came to the room was also very pleasant and helpful.Room was spacious and had a nice tea tray.

Location of room in basement. Spotty Internet. Shower did not work. No dryer. Phone did not work when we arrived. When complained about room, one staff person disputed certain facts.

Room was great, location was great and the price was very good

Maintenance issues with the room, there was a leak from the floor above through the ceiling of the bathroom. It occurred just before check-out so no harm done.

Staff was very helpful.
