    Pros +

    • Friendliness and attentiveness of the staff
    • Hotel is beautiful inside! Very clean and luxurious and a great a location for central London and getting around. The staff are amazing. They just give off the energy of truly wanting to help you and incredibly polite. Can't wait to stay again
    • Overall, it is a nice hotel with nice facilities. It's very clean and staff are very friendly and attentive.

    Cons -

    • We unfortunately felt the experience did not justify the price paid. The room itself was very clean and spacious, which we appreciated. However, the in-room tablet appeared to be faulty, repeatedly showing a low battery message and shutting off despite being on charge. We were looking forward to using the spa facilities. Although the spa area is nicely presented, it was extremely overcrowded during our stay. We completely understand that Valentine’s weekend is a busy period, but it did feel as though capacity could have been managed better, as we were unable to enjoy the facilities for as long as we had hoped. Additionally, the sauna was not very hot, possibly due to the door not closing properly. We also paid extra for breakfast, which we found quite average and not worth the additional cost.Overall, for a 5-star hotel at this price point, we expected a higher standard and a more premium experience. While there were positive aspects, we left feeling disappointed.
    • Nothing really!
    • Maybe more amenities in the room.

Lovely hotel, amazing location for what we needed. Lovely rooms and the pool/jacuzzi/thermal area well kept and very enjoyable. Attentive staff, kids all got little hand puppet toy at the end.

    Nothing really!

    Spacious, light airy and clean

small problem with air con not blowing warm air in room but the maintenance came quickly

Interior was beautiful, modern, clean and spacious

No sellotape on site which was needed tremendously. On site parking is expensive for 1 night but genuinely other than that, amazing.

It was new & modern hotel.

Will not recommend if you are coming with family. We were charged extra for WIFI, charged extra for breakfast though at checkin was told it is complimentary. Then, timing for kids for swimming pool was pathetic, i have personally visited more than 1000 hotels, with same size of pools, but have never seen that kids have to go at certain times only. We couldnt really enjoy family time for pool. Before writing feedback, we informed management about these points, they insisted being right & didnt akcnowledged our issues. Sadly, we will never go this place again.

Location excellentComfort 10/10Staff were very friendly and helpfulParking is available Nearest tube 10 minute walk

No complimentary water bottles, instead they provide a refillable carafe which has a filter on it. Problem if you have to use bathroom tap to fill it up. London water is the worst tasting water in the country.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room

    Highly priced

The concierge at the hotel was extremely cooperative and helpful. I’d like to give him special recognition for his excellent service

In a 5-star hotel, basic amenities such as soap, shaving kit, and dental kit should be provided in the room as part of the standard setup. Having a note that asks guests to request these items feels below the usual 5-star standard. It would improve the guest experience if these amenities were available without asking

The hotel is beautifully made. The staff is great and the spa was very relaxing after a long day out and about. The location is good and the area is alive.

The pricing structure of breakfast was puzzling because if you decide to eat at the hotel on the spot the charge is different then if you decided to eat the day before. I mean, the food is served what difference does it make if I made the reservation yesterday or on the morning of? The price is justified if the hotel was in a more “touristic” part of London. But for the establishment it wasn’t too steep.

Staff were all excellent, all friendly and focused on your feeling welcome and happy. They have a play area for young children which is very very handy and are good at making a young child feel welcome. Cleaning staff were friendly, too, which isn’t always the case in other hotels. The room was modern, clean, and spacious.

Dining: The breakfast was fine - the usual full English, continental, salad or fruit and cereal setup - but was forgettable; we’ve had better breakfasts at other hotels at a similar or less price point. The breakfast staff themselves were brilliant; attentive and present. Similarly the evening restaurant food was fine, but nothing unique, special or memorable. We’ve had far, far better at a similar or less price point. It may be because it’s competing with a lot in the area. Whatever the reason, we felt eating at the hotel was a bit bland.

    Very clean. Spacious rooms

The lift makes noise. I was close to the lift.

Great location next to the river and near Borough Market and Tate’s Modern Museum and 50 meters to Mansion House Tube Station on Circle Line. Staff service is impeccable and first class! Mohamed from Concierge is of great help!

Didn’t have amenities in room like tooth brush and shaver unless upon request and mini bar is empty

    10VincentPosted on: 7-11-2025

Great location great service. Mohamed from Concierge deserves a mention for being very helpful!

No amenities in bathroom and nothing in mini bar

Beautiful and spacious property. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and were a delight to deal with. They made it special for my partners birthday and it was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Location was super.Just at the right place to see a lot of important building, sightseeing, drink and dine

Beds are very comfy but little bit on the small side (queen beds).Breakfast could be more diverse. The employees were very friendly. There was also a Dutch employee called Max. Max you are the best. Thank you for all you have done for us

The design, the smell, the location. The most incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

    8MavisPosted on: 3-7-2025

The entire property,,the staff and the breakfast

When they announced there was a fire detector in the building so we should find the nearest exit which made us run from our room to the reception….funny thou ?we didn’t know there is a fire training on every Monday.
