Marlin Canary Wharf

Spacious and airy. Free Wi-Fi was a plus. The location is to die for. Few minutes walk to the DLR AND Canary Wharf tube station.

I prefer a soft bed so the bed was a bit on the hard side for me.

Was double charged a check in the actual room was not what we requested and basically was in a loud ass car park vs the pictures/ amenities promised.Will say one of the staff tried his best to fix the situation but the other staff members weren’t as helpful - could’ve stayed in 6/7 other close by places with better results will not be returning

Location good in Canary Wharf, not far from tescos and the tube. Very clean. The lady on checkout was very pleasant.

Arrived just after half four, couldn't access the apartment until 5pm (states check-in from 3pm) which delayed our plans. Were simply told the house keeper was very busy. Booking for 3 people, but only one towel and no bedding for the sofa bed on arrival. This was rectified with a call to the team.

Nice comfortable apartment. Fully equipped.

Bathroom especially with the tub needs a better shower screen/curtain because the floor gets wet easily. Need safety handle bars in the bathroom.

Heated floors and incredibly clean.

The couch material was very uncomfortable.

It’s not in Canary Wharf!!! I was disturb with a loud knock at the door for fire door check.

Convenient and quiet for our trip. We couldn’t fault its cleanliness and facilities available.

No bedside tables to master bedroom. More soft furnishings in lounge would be nice. Although size limited, it would be nice if there was another armchair in lounge as there were three of us.

Very nice property and very modern!

The room smelt of cigarettes when we arrived. But disappeared after opening the windows.

Location was good.

I chose the place because it had a reception, but reception was in the different building. The place was noisy - both from outside and from inside (people walking and talking in the coridor at night).

Very close to Canary wharf with lots of train stations and restaurants nearby within about a 10 minute walking distance

Two bedroom yet was a little spartan with you not a lot of kitchen supplies, including simple things like dish towels. Check in time was 3 o’clock. I showed up at 2:40 and the front desk made me and my entire family wait exactly until three before they would let us in the door. Seemed a little rigid Given the place was empty. We had just flown in all night from the US so that was a bit annoying.

Location, price, appartements are really huge.

There is no air-conditioning so in the night it was hot in the room.

Easy to get in and out of the city center via DLR, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines.

No AC on one of the hottest days of the month, but they did provide a fan to make things more comfortable.

Size of Apartments was good.

1. Property is not Air-conditioned, and rooms became extremely hot and uncomfortable to stay.2. Services only once in a 6-days is too low, need to be every 2nd / 3rd day.3. One Lift for 7 Floors was very inconvenient during group check in/out.4. Need better upkeep of various facilities.

Location, spacious appartement for 5 people

The elevator that did not work for the 3 days, we were on the 4th floor, I choose this appartement because there was a lift. I am disabled an need a wheelchair for long distances. Going up 4 floors on foot is not ideal for me.

Comfortable beds and good showers

Didn’t look of anywhere near the same quality as the photos. The living space and balcony were significantly smaller.

Good location, apartment I got faced an inner courtyard, so very quiet.

The bed was made of 2 single mattresses, with no topper. This led to very uncomfortable uneveness in the middle of the bed, forcing me to sleep on one side only.

Huge apartment, great view, loved the location. Staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend!
