I had a water leak in the bathroom

The room was small, yet featured many amenities one would not expect from a room of its size; a small kitchenette with a microwave, minifridge, and sink. The room featured everything we could really ask for, and the shower was honestly one of the best I've ever enjoyed!

It was a good location for a city trip , the ladys at the property where really friendly

It was not possible to fully open the window

Wonderful hotel, very well located, all staff members were friendly. I loved my room on the 5th floor. Next time in London definitely I’ll be back to Nox Kensington Garden

As soon as we entered the reception it was lovely and clean and smelt lovely . The guy on reception handed over our keys not any small talk just hi there's your keys bye . This was fine a nice easy check in. Room was clean apart from a hair in the shower which we just washed away. Great internet and location .

Bed was tiny our feet hung over the end . Not a lot of room to get our suitcases through the door . Also I did request that it was a birthday and I did receive an email to say there would be something a little extra and there wasn't .

Bed is small, and not too comfortable

Amazing spaceous jacuzzi in the room. It was easy to get into the city center, even on foot. The area was nice and quiet with shops and restaurants nearby.

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful with everything you need. The room was exactly like the pictures, quite big (especially for London standards), super clean as well. Lift available and close to the bus station and two tube stations. Very convenient, super close to everything but also quiet enough to relax. Best thing will be your morning Hyde park walks as it next to it. I always stay in the area whenever I visit London, but first time in Nox. Will definitely stay again, thank you!

The room size only

Overall, my stay was great. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen was well stocked with a microwave, toaster, induction stovetop, kettle, plates, and bowls. There weren't any utensils. The shower pressure was great, though the bathroom was a bit small (notably, there was limited counter space). NOX Kensington Gardens is within a 7 minute walk of Queensway tube station (Central line) and Bayswater (Circle and District lines). There was also a bus stop about 5 minutes away. It's also walkable (15 mins) to Paddington Station, making it easy to get the Heathrow Express and other regional rail lines for day trips (i.e. Oxford, Bath). I felt very safe walking to and from the hotel at night as a solo woman traveler. The entrance is locked 24/7, and you either need to scan your hotel key card to get in or ring the bell when the concierge is present (8AM-10PM).

My biggest issue was the mildewy smell in room 504 in the kitchenette. It wasn't too bad when the doors of the kitchenette were closed, but it was very noticeable when I first opened it. Not sure what exactly caused it, but it was a bit unsettling. Also, they provided body wash and shampoo, but no conditioner. I even asked at the front desk and they don't have any. So strange to not offer that. The bathroom counters were very small with limited storage.

Very clean and comfortable. Small but has everything you need. Great communication leading up to stay.

Only downside is no employee available at front desk after 10pm. However, there is a number included for emergencies, so not really a big deal!

The room was clean and lady at the reception very friendly and cheerful and helpful.Facilities in the room were all excellent ( AC, TV, tea, coffee drinking water )The room is suitable for one person only or for people who don’t mind to share a bed.Locations is wonderful. We went for a walk every morning in the Kensington gardens

love the cleanliness. The room was cleaned every day and bed made and towels changed. the location was perfect. the underground was close by. the Hyde Park is gorgeous and a minute away. I will stay there again.

location was good, room should've been amazing if wasn't for cleanliness and broken tv. Jacuzzi was nice but very hot and slow to fill but to be expected.

There was a lot of long black hairs in the room on the floors and in the shower. The tv was smashed that was on the wall, when raised to staff they shrugged and said they've ordered one and there was nothing they could do about it, after that when getting ready for bed realising the "kitchen" light was still on and going to reception to be told that the sensor is broken and the handy man hasn't got around to fixing it yet.

The location is great, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet, right next to Hyde park which is lovely. Hyde Park was definitely one of the highlight. There are a lot of shops and cafe near by, and couple of underground stations not far away.

Thought a room with kitchen would be bigger it it’s still quite tiny…
