Rove Hotel London Paddington

location, rooms, staff.

The hotel room was cleaned every day, and the towels were replaced regularly. What we appreciated most was that, upon arrival, the staff were kind enough to let us check in early, as we had only expected to leave our bags at the hotel. We were exhausted from our flight, so that was a lovely gesture on their part.

So clean , very relaxing, very modern recently refreshed inside , had hot drinks machine , fridge , gorgeous en suite , nice big windows yo look out .Rooms are perfect for needs as used as a base ,The location is amazing , out the door either left or right literally all variety’s of eating places cafes or restaurants or quick pick up food Are all a couple of minutes walk away.Evenings locally plenty of choices of quiet pubs or bars or also entertainment live music or sport available The tube is about 3 minutes. Walk and never disturbed us ,The staff were polite , helpful and friendly, First time city stay and it was Honestly brilliant!

Good location for the train station, and exploring London. Bed was comfortable.

Shower room was v small and had only a glass door, not very private. Windows were old (In keeping with the building) but they were single glazed and let the cold in. There was a slight rumble from the local underground trains.

We didn't partake in breakfast. What stood out was the location and the quality of our stay--the people especially.

Above tube line so trains coming all day from 6am until midnight. Rooms very small, air con didn’t work properly and shower door was broken. Needs a big update of rooms and look.

Staff were very helpful and polite...Room was small but cosy - Everything I needed for my stay.

I realise there are many restaurants near by but it would have been nice to have drinks or snacks made available within the hotel

Location is perfect. There is lift in the hotel. Rooms are clean and modern.

The rooms are so small. It's hard to stay for 2.

The staff were really nice and accommodating. Location was great as it was just around the corner from Paddington Station.

The noise from the tubes were quite loud. My sink leaked everywhere and I was offered a smaller room. The shampoo made my hair super dry and the body soap was watered down. The showers are very small and I kept bumping into the holder for the soaps. The overall experience was fine.

Wasn't aware of Wifi, it wasnt advertised so I used my data.There was only one small towel in the room but when I mentioned it the staff brought ample up, so the response was lovely.Quite noisy during the night with people seeming to be partying in other rooms, which wasnt ideal as I was on a working trip and had to get some rest.Shower was a little cluttered with the 3 dispenser bottles attached to the wall, couldn't really move around much.

The location is supreme with too many restaurants around and small coffee shops near the train station and easy access to the city center. It was the second time we visited this hotel. The first time was way much better.

We booked two rooms and unfortunately were in a different level so was a bit uncomfortable to move around in the hotel.

That there wasn’t any microwaves or cutlery ( bowls, spoons)

the hotel was overbooked so they couldn't accommodate I=us and moved us to a hotel across the road. we couldn't get twin beds. the service was really bad. the lady at the front desk of the new hotel was pleasant but I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anybody

The staff could not assist us with anything not even an additional blanket, to be put in another hotel because they were deceitful and did not tell us they had overbooked was also a big problem to me. You could not even use the plugs in the bedroom as they were covered by the mounted furniture.

The staff was great 24/7. The location couldn't be better, seeing that it's a short walk to Paddington Station. This gives easy access to the Heathrow Express as well as the metro system. Restaurants and pubs are plentiful, and the location always seemed totally safe.

Location was perfect and property was very clean and modern bedrooms

The frosted bathroom doors are random and don’t add anything. When traveling with friends it’s not ideal and not sure I’d be comfortable booking again for this reason

Good location to the Paddington station

Our room had stained bedding, dirty cups left in the mini fridge (which did not work), a crouton left on the radiator from a previous guest, and much smaller than the photos online. The walls are also very thin so you hear other guests frequently

Clean and well maintained. Great location. Great staff. Very confortable.

The room was a lot smaller than expected, but very comfortable.
