Location is OK,

Are you sure this is a 4 star hotel? No more than motel. There is only 1 lift, and out of order.

8DavidPosted on: 9-20-2016

Location with easy access to Bayswater underground station and the local Pubs and eateries was a great location.

Rooms are small but that was expected for London

Clean. Easy access to Kensington Palace and Gardens.

This is not a 4-star hotel. It's adequate and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. But the rooms are small. The hallways are noisy (get a room far, far away from the elevator or you will be awake all night). The breakfast is overpriced.

Proximity to underground station and restaurants.

Room was too small, lighting was dim (or bulbs were out).

8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-17-2016

Very clean and well equiped rooms in central location and near transport.

No elevators and level of service was as you'd expect for this star level.

Location is better than Victoria Station area. Easy to find direction and good neighbor. clean upper middle class area.

little dust in room

4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-19-2016

The location is convient, just several minutes from underground.

Staff is not friendly, long face and bad attitude. Room extremely small, barely find space to open the luggage. Never come again.

10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-23-2016

It is so near to the underground, a convenient place to find food too

Dusgustingggggggggggggggggg??

We had our booking for 4 nights for in this hotel, room 305. There was no elevator and our room was in the third floor which is a torture for who have heavy luggage like we did. There was a mouse in the room, we’ve talked to the receptionist to move us to another building or refund us he rejected to do both and said “if you want you can leave and look for another hotel”. Also he mentioned that we KNOW that there is a mouse in the room and also there one in room 306 (there was people living in the room!) but we couldn’t catch them!!!. The mouse ate our food, stayed with us for free and with no invitation?. FYI there was a block of wood in front of the door, so the mouse didn’t come from outside it’s inside the room and it’s still there. That’s disgustingggg not going near that hotel again.

Great location, very close to Underground stations.Quiet neighborhood.I was given an early check-in (about one hour), which I appreciated. The staff member who handled the early check-in was kind and helpful.

Shower water was barely warm, which is unacceptable in winter. The toilet needed 4–5 flushes to work properly.Cleanliness was average at best.Very loud stomping noise from the room above for hours in the morning. Given the Christmas/holiday pricing, the quality and services provided did not match expectations. Basic checks (hot water) clearly weren’t up to standard.I have never experienced these issues in other hotels, especially at this price level.

The staff was nice. The area seemed very safe.

The room was incredibly small, there was not enough space for a a little cabinet so they put everything on the floor: a few tea bags, a broken cup, a dirty or rusty kettle. The window was very difficult to open or close and you could "spy" through the hole around the doorknob.

Location

Mould all over the bathroom, room not clean, window broken and stuck open, stair carpet loose. Arrived home from day out to find poo in the toilet and a used durex wrapper on the bedside table. Staff answer to everything was 'theres nothing I can do'

Nada

Paid in advance had room set aside. Did not let me in. Had to call Mohammed, no help. Delist.

The location was absolutely awesome. Very close to many train stations.

The bathroom in our room was very dirty, and several appliances were dysfunctional. We informed the reception multiple times that these issues needed to be fixed, but nothing was ever repaired. In addition, the beds were dusty, which triggered my asthma.

Location.

I don’t have any good words to share about that hotel! Old, dirty, no weather isolation, NO SOUND ISOLATION, TV not working, no water heater, staff didn’t empty trash, noone cleaned the room…

6ErnaPosted on: 11-2-2025

The hotel’s location is very good — it’s in the city center, close to bus stops and the underground station.

The room was uncomfortably hot, and the fan didn’t work even after I informed the staff on the first day. The heater couldn’t be adjusted, and there was some mold on the bathroom walls.
