Cons -
- We were told we were getting an upgrade, but the room was absolutely not an upgrade. We were given a card for a complimentary drink at the bar, but neither the bartender nor the man that checked us out knew what it was. Refrigerator didn¿t work.
- The hotel website mentions it has a gym. However, the facility is located next door to the hotel and not available 24 hours as a normal hotel gym would be available.
- One elevator was broken most of our stay and it lead to crowded elevator rides and delays.

One elevator was broken most of our stay and it lead to crowded elevator rides and delays.
Location was fantastic. Breakfast was great. Very nice lounge. Professional and courteous staff.
I wiped up a spill on my bedroom rug and noticed many different colours of human hair on the cloth. Don't think the rugs are shampooed very often.
Excellent location Friendly and efficient staff
Good
I was given a room on the 8th floor, which I initially considered a positive. However, it soon became clear that a rooftop generator runs continuously and produces significant noise. Additionally, although there are two elevators, one was out of service for the duration of my stay.
It’s near to Gloucester Road, shops, restaurants, Gloucester Road tube station, and walking distance to High Street Kensington near to m&s & boots. The room is clean, and they provide a nespresso machine. I like that they provide free coffee and cookies in the room and at the lobby. The staffs were friendly, but the main door was locked after 12am.
I think most hotel WiFi cybersecurity hacked my phone when I am staying at the hotel. The room next door 502 could be trespassing I think a stalker might have stolen my money.
Location was OK. We would prefer closer to more restaurants
Only one elevator functioning our entire three day stay. A bit of a pain.
staff, facilities, food, cleanliness were all excellent
the signal for the television failed giving an intermittent picture, we called for your engineer who could not repair it
Location and Cleanliness
the food. Just so basic. The breakfast is just so basic. And not high standard. Bacon is so cheap. Watermelon come from frozen that is defrosted..
Location was great for the Christmas Carol service. Staff were very helpful and concierge was very polite and helpful. Parking only had 15 spaces was a night mare to get into spaces as almost a fight to park
The mattress and pillows woke with bad shoulder and neck pains.Mattress had no support and pillows where like wind bags. The staff where great except the dinning room 1 staff member silly little thing but did next to us dropped a knife on the floor and still added to the table cutlery set instead of putting in the wash
The location, the staff, and how clean it always is.
It was good services
It was clean good food
I chose this hotel not by chance. It was a recommendation from my daughter's friend. I was satisfied with everything. Everything was fine throughout the hotel. Separately, I want to note an excellent breakfast. We will be happy to return again and boldly recommend to everyone who appreciates comfort and quality service!
Receptionists staff not friendly at all, rarely eye contacting us, very late responses, i asked about the view the reception guy asked me what do you mean city view, the house keeping very loud and knocking doors early morning when you dont answer they open the door!!! I have to ask for water, they have delivery charge though i ordered coffee from my room, I used to order from delivero or uber and the ladies at the reception, they keep the food until I come down and take it and they keep laughing and asking me about the food content, last time she asked me this is kebab right? I told her you should look for the room number, not the food content to confirm, and she laughed, so not professional and not friendly The concierge guys asking many questions when we were about to leave (how much you pay for uber to the airport? We can give the same price for hotel car) which car you are leaving with! Then he had some chit chat with the uber driver, though no one bothered or smiled the whole time we were staying at the hotel, btw its the first time I stay at a hotel where they dont put name tags,
Everything, reception staff need trainings not professionalThe atmosphere, the house keeping service quality, I asked for non smoking area, and there were ppl smoking weed all the time
Location was great and the breakfast was very good
Long walk to room
Location is the only plus point.
It’s a buget hotel with luxury prices. Small room, small bed, tiny bathroom. Not as advertised at all! Coffee machine was not there in the room and the bed was not comfortable either. Not worth it for the price tag it comes with!
Location was great , easy to get in and out of London. Parking was good. The Executive lounge was good.
Rooms were a tad small. I would’ve expected an Executive room to be a bit bigger.
Location was OK. We would prefer closer to more restaurants
Only one elevator functioning our entire three day stay. A bit of a pain.
Lovely room, beautiful bathroom, perfect location for what we needed
