The breakfast was awful, it was cold, there was hardly any food despite us being there relatively early, coffee was awful. Also we had a superior double room and it was tiny. The double room must have been a box!

Location was excellent, near High Street and Tube station.

Room was smallish but very clean and had all facilities that could be required.

Hotel was in a good location. 2 mins from Hyde Park and the same for access to the underground. Overall very good.

Staff were welcoming, the room was clean and large enough. Nice clean bedding and towels every day. Good location next to two underground stations.

The windows didn’t open and the shaver plug sockets in the bathroom didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my shaver and toothbrush which both ran out and I didn’t have an EU adapter with me.

Rooms ambience was not at all good. Breakfast was also not up to the standards. Room tariff was very high as compared to nearby hotels with excellent facilities. We booked the hotel just because of higher rating given by Booking.com.

The staff was very accommodating when the room I had booked was way too small.

The single room originally booked was so small that I could barely turn around, nor could I open my suitcases. They were very helpful and showed me other rooms that were available.

I really liked the hospitality of the staff and convenience of the location.

The room was smaller than what I expected and had a strong cigarette smell. Breakfast was just okay, not impressive.

The property is very modern on the outside and very clean and well put together inside.

Walls are quite thin so there was quite a bit of noise throughout the night with creaky floorboards above us and people walking in the hallway.

Fantastic location with a beautiful atmosphere mixing modern and classic styles. We loved our room; everything was great, and the staff were lovely and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit! The breakfast was a major plus! There was so much variety, everything was freshly made, and the kitchen staff managed the service perfectly.

Our only complaint was the lack of a fridge, which we had simply assumed would be there. Since we had items that required refrigeration, we spoke to the staff, and they were helpful enough to store them in their own fridge as an exception.

Staff at check in and check out were nice.

Mouldy room, carpets dirty, bathroom was so small it was hard to get in and out of the shower without risking slipping, the shower door didn’t open properly and the gap between the toilet and shower is too small. The shower could only be turned on with very low water flow or it would fill up with water, couldn’t wash your hair at all. The rooms were noisy, we could hear everything from next door rooms and people/staff walking up and down the very noisy hallway all night to the toilets at the back.. the floor boards were SO noisy.

During our stay we had a couple problems with our rooms, but the staff was well prepared and took care of the situations immediately. Excellent customer care. Really close to tube stations. Good price/quality.
